I am writing this review after 20 days regular use. In the initial days of taking capsules, it activated my nervous system and make hyperactive, can't sleep first 5 days. Maybe due to I never taken supplements ever and then contacted to Rasayanam's free doctor consultation. Doctor guided me when to take. My stress level significantly reduced. I'll be keep posting regarding my mental health.

This is a great product. I ordered it for my parents. It helped them improved sleep and energy levels.

Great quality supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that the ingredients are simple and clean. I feel calmer during the day, especially during work stress. Took about two weeks to notice results.

Good product, especially considering the price. I got both Ashwagandha and Shilajit for ₹1100, which feels like good value. After using them regularly for 1 month, I have noticed some changes, particularly in terms of daily energy levels and mood. Ashwagandha seems to be working well for me. However, I have some doubts regarding the Shilajit. While mixing it, I noticed that it leaves behind some impurities/residue, which raised concerns. This is my first time using Shilajit, so I don’t have a prior reference for comparison. I have been doing gym for the last 6 years, and I haven’t used any other new supplement alongside this, so it’s difficult to attribute the effects to one product alone. Still, I feel that the Shilajit does contain some impurities, at least in my experience. Overall, decent product for the price, but quality of Shilajit could be better. Thank you.
