We bought this computer for my son and somehow the Windows product key that came with the computer is no longer working. Is there a way to find out the Windows product key?

Received PC 2 weeks ago, works great so far and hope it stays this way. Ports on the back panel are not aligned with openings, but can work around it, not a big deal.Amazon delivery was terrible though. They had it 15 minutes away from me one day, then they took it 30 minutes away next day. Then bring it back to same city it was before 15 mins away, and sent me message that it will be delayed for 2 more days... When I called support they said they would send me a gift card for this inconvenience. Well, I guess amazon person I spoke to just lied, since they never sent me anything

Computer works great but the extra screws that typically come with the motherboard and case are missing. We noticed when trying to expand the computer with an M-2 SSD. There are two slots on the motherboard but the screws are not there. Same for the screws on the back panel for installing additional graphics cards.

I bought this pc for my son who is a gamer. I read some of the reviews that described out of box issues such as loose cable connections, but we did not experience that. It's only been a few weeks, but my son is very happy with his new machine. Set up was very easy. We are completely satisfied.

Blue Screen the first day!some computer scientists may elaborate that "This is a completely normal response for new Computers on the first initial start up process."I treat new computers like they are lettuce. With care. and with ease. gentle as can be..do urself a favor go to the search bar and search up Gaming PC..The computers with the LED Circular rings all look the same, and are mass produced non cared for all around cheap CEO industrialized materialized products that, evidentially will refuse to last.However this computer did not last me more than 5 months and the fraudulent excuse of a "return window" closed 2 months before it broke which is a purposefully intended business method. You got me, take my money. I dont care about my 1,500$. At this point my main focus is investing my time to write a review to save a kind heart like yourself from having to deal with a monstrosity such as this one.Become susceptible to these kinds of products and see for yourself if you please.TL;DR had for 5 months today was the day it broke. 1st day i turned it on it blue screened.Purchased Sep 16, 2021.Freeze up and Final Bluescreen until BIOS inaccessibility Finalized display failure Feb 22 2022.Less than 3K Hours

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my son. He picked it out himself. He loved everything it had to offer. The speed, the storage, graphics card was really good for the money. Cooling fans are great it doesn't over heat. Over all very nice design and a lot of bang for your buck. Would highly recommend.

I purchased this premade PC after my last gaming PC I built met the end of it's line after 7 years. This has been a great replacement and matches the needs I have for gaming as well as other utilities! It cam well packaged, easy to set up, and ready to go. I couldn't ask for me!
