I Recant My Previous Review ... and happily so :)
Oh how wrong could I be? Allow me to explain -- I got my first 90-day supply of ProstatePro, and took it regularly. Any results were so gradual that, by the end of the three months supply I wasn't sure if anything had happened at all. I (kind of) thought that (maybe) my flow, especially at my typical 3:00am potty visit, was improved and that there was (maybe) less straining and (maybe) less of the ol' squeezing-n-release, and more time spent on the terlitt when I could've been sleeping. And so I had previously given an unsure, even puzzled, yet non-flaming, personal-experience review of the product (included below for posterity's sake). However ... Very shortly after stopping using the product I began to notice that I was DEFINITELY back to straining and doing the squeeze-n-release (don't know how many of you know what I'm talking about there but it has to do with basically cinching the "hose" and allowing the buildup, then letting go for a release of the unwanted liquid waste), and that it was taking me a solid 5 minutes to take (or rather leave) a piss. I began remembering that it didn't seem to be that bad while using ProstatePro ... and so I ordered a new 90-day bottle and began using it immediately (well, that night). I was concerned that any results might be either another long-term, gradual thing again, but I was even a little worried that it might have the effect of nullifying any previously-held results. But ... I believe it was either the next day or the one after, that I could definitely tell there was basically no more straining and only a tiny bit of the ol' squeeze-n-release just to get the last remnants out of Mr McBladderman. And just now, which is why I'm happily recanting my previous product review heresy, I had a "session" where it was just flow and zero squeeze-n-release. It still wasn't quite where I WISH it was but it's a serious improvement. I think it might've been 4 minutes or less. One less minute sitting there is one more minute of regular life. And yes, I have respect for my wife, and her efforts in having a clean and fresh home to live in, and therefore I sit at home ... or for that matter, at your home, in respect for your wife ... though I'll absolutely use a urinal in a public restroom ... and I wish I had a urinal in my home -- in fact, all homes should have urinals for crying out loud! But seriously, beside that, studies show that sitting indeed allows for better bladder emptying. And that's a fact. But I digress ... In closing, I've got to say that I'm rather happy with this product. Serious, only if .... and I mean ONLY IF ... it had returned me to full-on blaster power would I be giving this product 5 stars. So I give it 4 stars for now and I'll revisit in another 90 days or so ... perhaps ... hopefully that I'll somehow be able to feel the laser power that I used to have when I was a young man, as I blast the porcelain finish off the bowl's innards. Okay now, here's my old review, with which I'd posted with only 2 stars: //I didn't have high hopes in trying this product, and so I'm not terribly disappointed. I don't have high hopes in any product that I've seen thus far, so all of them would probably suffer the same results. The only reason I'm not giving it 1 star is because I tend to think that people are trying to provide a service or product honestly and that, for some people it works. This is evident from the higher-starred reviews. So I'm not gonna tear the product down just because it didn't help me at all. I've been taking Tamsulosin (Flomax) for quite a number of years now, the likes of which I'm now at double doses (2 capsules at 0.4mg) every night. Apparently this is the maximum dose, and with a side-effect of "dizziness" I don't need any help in that direction with the vertigo I already deal with. So while it's helpful to others, it's a placebo for me.//

Since Taking Prostate Pro, I've Experienced A Huge Reduction In My BPH Symptoms
I'll be 60 years old in September. Like many men my age, I've experienced issues with my prostate over the past several years. I'm not a heavy drinker, I don't drink caffeinated beverages, I avoid citrus drinks (which can irritate the prostate), I'm not overweight, I exercise regularly, and eat a pretty healthy diet. Nevertheless, my PSA has been on an upward trend, and urination frequency and urgency have been an ongoing, and increasingly debilitating issue. I feel like my prostate is somehow my Achilles' Heel. I crossed the 4.0 threshold for my PSA a few years ago and visited a urologist at my primary physician's suggestion. The urologist performed manual exam and said I was fine. My primary physician prescribed a daily 5 mg Cialis to help relieve the symptoms and slow further prostate growth (it's the only medication I take). At my 2019 physical, my PSA was at 8.0, and I visited the urologist again. This time he recommended a biopsy (a most unpleasant procedure), which fortunately came back negative for cancer. A couple of months ago, my urination frequency and urgency reached a point at which I could hardly function. I was running to the toilet every 40 minutes with a tremendous urgency, only to have a dribbling stream, with stops and starts. I was getting out of bed several times a night to urinate. I couldn't even go running outside for fear that I wouldn't make it to a toilet if I needed one. Doing anything outside the home was a challenge (fortunately, I have been working from home since March 2020). I thought that maybe I have a UTI, so I contacted my primary physician who prescribed an antibiotic over the phone. I took the antibiotic and saw no improvement. About 2 weeks after finishing the antibiotic, out of desperation, I began using Prostate Pro - a last try before contacting the urologist to discuss other alternatives (which I absolutely wanted to avoid due to all of the side effects). The day after I started taking Prostate Pro, I saw an improvement. I went 2-3 hours between visits to the bathroom. I thought it was a miracle, but it must have been nothing more that a Placebo effect, because the next day, I was urinating every hour again. But I decided not to give up on the product based on the reviews of the product I had read online, wherein others saw improvement over time. I'm glad I stuck with it, because after a week of taking the product, I had to drive from St Louis, MO to Lawrence KS - about a 4 hour drive. On the way there, I had to stop after 2.5 hours to urinate. On the way home, I didn't stop the entire drive. And, ever since I have been urinating like a normal person. I urinate every 2.5-4 hours, depending on how much I drink. My urine stream is consistent (no dribbling) when I go, and I feel like I empty my bladder. The sense of urgency is greatly reduced - though that one has taken some mental retraining (after months of having to go the second I felt the urge). If I go to bed at 10 pm, I often don't get up to urinate until 6 am, though I sometimes do get up at 3 am or 4 am to go. Also, normally in the morning, I do have to urinate shortly after my first time to completely empty my bladder. But honestly, that is the only time during the day when that happens. I just had my annual physical, and my PSA was 5.8, the lowest it's been in 4 years. Now, I can't swear that these improvements are exclusively the result of taking Prostate Pro. There is no control group to compare to. It's just me. But I can say that I haven't made any other changes to my diet, routine, or lifestyle. It could be a complete coincidence, and if my symptoms change for the worse, I'll update my review. But for now, life is better for me than it's been for a long time. I just ordered by 2nd bottle of Prostate Pro, and that's why I'm on here writing this review. I wanted to share my own experience, which happens to be a positive one, in case there are others out there having a tough time, who might get the same benefit that I did. And, for the record, this review is completely voluntary, and I received no reward or incentive from anyone to write it.

It works for me and hope it helps you
Started having a problem about 6 months ago before a two week cruise , went to the doctor and he gave me flowmax. Went on the cruise and the problem continued and it absolutely sucked! Basically overshadowed the entire trip , flights etc. 10,000 dollar vacation and I could not wait to get home . Stopped taking the flowmax because I think it made the problem worse. Suffered for another 3 months didn’t even want to so much as go to the store. Anybody that has prostate problems knows exactly what I am talking about. I saw some brands advertised on tv so I went on amazon and there are a lot of different brands some very expensive. This stuff was reasonably priced I figured I will try it but didn’t think it would do anything but within a week my discomfort and issues significantly improved. So here it is in a nut shell I don’t know what’s in or if it is a placebo affect or how it works all I know is it helped me a lot I am back to normal and that is what matters to me! I have occasional discomfort once or twice a week but it seems to be after peeing before bed and I am laying in bed trying to fall asleep. Bottom line so long as It helps me I will continue to purchase even if it twice the price because having peeing issues is horrible!

I Believe This Is The Right Choice in Prostate Supplements
Here's the long answer, and I hope it's worth your while to read it. First, modern medicine is skeptical of treating BPH with supplements. Double blind studies show that Saw Palmetto is no better than placebo. However, doctors will tell you anecdotally that some of their patients swear by it. Now, on to this particular product. If you look at WebMD, they talk about 5 or 6 supplements, besides Saw Palmetto, that show promise as a treatment. Amazon offers dozens of BPH supplements. I picked this one because it has the greatest variety of the supplements mentioned at WebMD. Dosage is 2 capsules per day. I started taking one in the morning and one at night. I didn't notice any change. I typically awaken 4 to 5 times a night to urinate, and I was getting tired of it. I've been considering surgery, but I thought I'd give supplements one last chance (I cannot abide Tamsulosin because the side effects make me totally loopy, with flu-like symptoms). Anyway, I keep a running log of each night's pattern, what meds or supplements I take, what times I wake up to pee, etc. As I perused the log, I actually noticed that my times getting up, after a month or so of taking this supplement, were actually reducing. Mostly 3 and 4 times, and once I got up only 2 times. I now sleep 4 hours before getting up the first time. Before the supplement, I would be up 1.5 to 2 hours the first time. I've switched to taking no capsules in the morning, and 2 just before bed. I think that is even better. So bottom line, this is not a cure, but it does reduce symptoms to a level that, for me anyway, is acceptable. I just ordered 2 more bottles. I hope that continuing to take this will continue to gradually reduce symptoms. If I can avoid surgery using this product, it's worth far more to me than what it costs.
