Q: why can you not ship to california?

Hi there, we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience. We were restricted to sell our PolyTerra in California by mistake, and the restriction has just been removed after a long period of appeal. Now our PolyTerra PLA can be shipped to California without any restrictions, please feel free to order :)

Q: What are ideal temperature settings for this filament? When I print a benchy it's very brittle.

I would recommend printing a temperature tower that has increments of 5 degrees. This will show you the best temperature to print at. I am printing mine at 185/60 for best results. I have a Ender3 V2.

Q: Is the "cotton white" PLA pure white or an off white?

It's a pure white with matte finish. Comparing to paper it may look ever so slightly yellow, but at first glance it's white.

Q: Is this filament rubber or flexible I’m trying to make a shoe soles?

Needs a lower Z offset to stick to the magnetic PEI sheet but the end result is amazing

Filament is bad. It is not sticking on the printer bed. Although used glue. Also, dry and easy to break.
