a very capable camera
I completed the installation of the CAM360 today. It is installed about 30' from the router which has not caused and connectivity issues. I have been able to use the pan and tilt capabilities which will be very helpful for us. The resolution is very good. I have also tried the night vision which is very good. My area of focus for the camera is also about 30' and it seems very effective at that distance.I would have rated the camera at five except there were challenges with installation. During first attempts at installation the camera would proceed very smoothly with the process. However, upon reaching the registration step, it stopped. I used the reset button as recommended to no avail on about six attempts. I wrote to Aeotec support who suggested that the camera be unplugged-removed from power for several minutes. I did this and the installation completed straight away.Overall, it a appears to be an exceptionally capable camera for the price - a great value.

Great little camera
It's a great camera. Does what it is advertised for. The only problem which is understandable. You must hang upside down to get who room coverage. Placed upright it doesn't go down far enough.

This camera is fine if you don’t mind it can only record 10 second.

Samsung no longer selling subscription plan
I bought this based on the notion that I would be able to buy the upgraded plan through Samsung. But my camera only did 10-second recordings. When I contacted Samsung, they first tried to brush me off. Then the said in writing that they only support Samsung cameras, which seems sketch. The company refunded my money, but with such limited storage, this is not a a good choice. Even worse it will not work except on Smart Things, and Aeotec has told me the company has no plan to update the code. That seems dumb, given the push towards the Matter standard. And SmartThings now requires a Google account, so what little privacy you had before is gone.

Works like a charm
Easy to setup, great picture quality, great sound quality.Haven't figured out how to set way points when paired with a smartthings hub.Wish there was a way to set a motion detection area. It's way too sensitive as it is, motion sensor gets constantly triggered by the slightest movement and even change in lighting conditions.

Very short clips
With a SmartThings Premium subscription you are limited to 20 second clips. Way too short for security use. SmartThings state it is a limitation of what integration Aeotec supplies to SmartThings. In short do not waste your money with this limitation in place.
