NOW Foods Supplements, Red Clover (Trifolium pratense) 375 mg, Herbal Supplement, 100 Veg Capsules

I have been suffering from perimenopause/menopause symptoms, especially hot flashes and night sweats, for a few years now. I was recommended this product by my physician and decided to give it a try before trying HRT’s. I take this as well as taking Asian Ginseng and Red Yeast Rice plus CoQ 10 on a daily basis. I am shocked by the effectiveness! Only 2 per day and my hot flashes have almost diminished completely. I went from sweat literally running down my face, chest and back every half hour to just a warm feeling in my legs a couple times a day, plus no night sweats at all. I started taking the red clover a few weeks before the other 2 supplements so I can guarantee this did work for me to lessen the severity and recurrent hot flashes. I do think taking the 3 different supplements together has improved my issues greater than just taking the Red Clover alone, but I do know it does help. The price is great so if you have hot flashes issues it’s definitely worth trying!

My bby doctor told me this would help with fertility! (Look up the benefits if You are trying to conceive!) Theres no side effects at leqst I didnt have any. Theres no taste. They are easy to swallow. The quality of these pills is awesome. Theres no smell. And I think that they are a great value for your money if your wanting to go the natural route with conceiving as fertility treatments can get expensive. And my experience with fertility drugs wasnt pleasant! I wasnt myself! So now we are goin the natural route still needing an assist with these & a few other things. Always check interactions if you are on any prescribed meds for sure!

Good I believe way too strong for me. Natures way red clover with arial tops was much more suited for me. Couldn’t use this as it caused bleeding right after my cycle ended. Please not it’s most likely due to having enough estrogen so I don’t suggest this unless your definitely low on estrogen or ur in menopause. I’m about to be 45 but still have a cycle for reference.

This works wonders! I have had problems with vaginal dryness and have been on Premarin pills about 15 years. I was tired of paying the price for that and opted to try this. 3 capsules a day for 3 weeks so far and it’s working! That is half the recommended dose and I have relief. Thanks so much for this product.

I have noticed increased energy since taking this product as well as better sleep. I take one per day. I am a very healthy 52 year old female and have not had a period in 7 months. Recommend this product to any female going through mid life changes. This was the lowest dose I could find and it works well for me. I am not on any hormone meds, I just wanted to try an herbal supplement before going that route.

Product review asks for pain relief. Don't think these were intended to do that. But don't notice any difference in anything when taking these. Likely won't purchase again.
