SUPERB !This product worked just as it was supposed to.It boots,installs, and does a great job.After only repairing and restoring,my computer was back to normal.I didn't have to install at all. Tremendously great tech support from Brian.If your disc malfunctions the first two tries,don't worry,like mine someone had probably mishandled it during shipping,which has nothing to do with Direct Supplier.Give it 24 hours before trying again.I highly recommend this product and company !Money well spent.

Would have worked a lot better if I knew what I was doing, or read the the instructions. But, it worked for me and got me out of safemode, back to a straight up boot. So, I am satisfied. Delivery was faster than expected.
