Great for beard and beyond. A single charge lasts, sheesh, too long to count. It's very quiet. Overall, just a great trimmer, and I'm glad I finally got one. I've had mine now for about 5.5 years. Still works great, and very low maintenance. The size is manageable for trimming all areas. I think it's a little lighter than a traditional Wahl wired clipper, with enough weight to feel of good quality. It's got multiple speeds, but I generally just use it on the highest, and the charge still lasts "forever". Great investment!

Love it. Gentle on skin. Multiple settings. Charge holds a Long time. V1 very similar to V2, except cheaper. Needs close cut clipper head... Not included.

I thought I'd get some use from this before writing a review. My initial impressions were very positive as I am used to beard and body trimmers more in the 30-45 dollar price range with experience in even cheaper options (stay away from shavers less than 20 bucks). There are a few things that set this shaver apart from the less expensive alternatives.1. The cutting mechanism on this razer appears to be ceramic. Ceramic can maintain a very sharp cutting edge for a very long time (longer than metal in my experience) but is brittle making it not ideal for knives and other tools that may see harsh treatment. For a shaver? Perfect. The leading edge is metal to protect the blade allowing it to never actually touch your skin. This also allows it to avoid nicking you when pressed directly against your skin vertically (Think lining up your sideburns or other more sensitive areas).2. The micro-adjustments on this shaver are very good. There is a slide mechanism on the razers head that allows for very small adjustments. It also locks in place in case you get a little sloppy with your grip or finger placement while shaving. Speaking of micro-adjustments, you can actually adjust the motor speed of the trimmer to go from turbo-ish cutting power to something a little more smooth and easy for more sensitive areas. This is also a feature that I love on this trimmer.3. The battery life appears to be excellent. While I've only owned this a couple of weeks, I use it almost daily and so far I have not had to charge it once. Big plus. There is a digital readout on the trimmer that gives you some stats like speed and charge and it still looks great.The only downside I can see for this trimmer is that It is not waterproof. I do not shave in the shower so that feature isn't a deal-breaker for me but I do like to occasionally rinse the head off and I know this trimmer requires care of precision if I am going to be doing that. This is not a big enough downside for me though to not give this trimmer 5 stars since it does state upfront that it is not waterproof.If you've been using inexpensive trimmers that after months of use begin to pull or tug on your hair instead of the experience you got when it was brand new, have a trimmer with less than stellar battery life, or just want to try what a premium trimmer feels like and stop buying new trimmers every year or two, Id seriously considers getting this one. It's fantastic.

I really like this trimmer. I use it daily and think its probably one of the best ones I've owned. The only reason I give it 4 stars out of 5 is the screen on the device. I ordered two and both came with blemishes on the screen. I believe this is a fixed issued on the newer models but was still disappointing to see. It does not effect the use of the device it is just more annoying than anything else to buy a device at this price point to have a blemished screen. Overall, I still recommend this device.

Excellent trimmer, comfortable to use, good clean cutting, charge lasts a long time, plenty of accessories to cover all the lengths I could possibly want to trim.

Absolutely love this trimmer. Initially bought this in 2002, only charged it 3 times in 3 years using it 2-3 times a week. Battery life is unparalleled. I wish it came with the 0mm head but the range of settings is great and never had a complaint. Re-Purchased this as a replacement for my previous unit that failed due to water intrusion. Customer service was incredibly quick responding to my request for assitance for a possible warranty replacement. Turned out it was out of warranty but bought another anyway since it's been a great trimmer.

Been using this several times a week since I purchased it in 2017!I'm super happy with this trimmer. I had narrowed down my options to a few of the top rated models. None of them are cheap so I kept waiting and reading reviews until I felt confident that one stood out. This one did. From other reviews, the product description, and the images, I felt it was made with quality. I trim my beard several times a week to keep the 5 'o clock shadow look and wanted something I felt would last more than a few months. It arrived fully charged!As others have mentioned, the packaging/box that it comes in is well put together. That doesn't matter to some, but to me it shows a level of pride in the product. None of the parts feel cheap. It has a good weight and it's comfortable to hold and move around my face and neckline. Some of the features that stand out to me:1) Ceramic cutting blade2) Timer displaying how much run-time is left3) USB charger4) Ability to charge in the charging base or directly to the trimmer so you can charge / use at the same time5) QuietSome of the other trimmers I was looking at had more gimmicks, but I'm glad this one doesn't (i.e. rinse with water, and built in vacuum). They didn't seem to work well on those other trimmers anyway, so I'm glad they excluded those here. Just a good trimmer, built with quality. One last thing, I wasn't sure about the brown / grey / orange color scheme before purchasing, but it's growing on me. It sort of has a throwback feel.
