Comfortable
These comfortable, sturdy & well-constructed glasses are a must for viewing anaglyph images online. The traditional cardboard anaglyph glasses are awkward, uncomfortable & just don’t hold up for continuous use. Anaglyph glasses have been used since 1915 to view stereoscopic (3D) movies. Parallax, where the right and left eyes focus, & converge, on an object with slightly different angles of view, is one of the fundamental reasons we see stereoscopic (3D) & the depth associated with it. Anaglyph, which uses spectrally opposite (color) glasses (gels), usually red & cyan, to combine these two unique views into a specially processed single image. This image, when viewed through anaglyph glasses, separates the two images back so the right eye only sees the right image and the left eye only sees the left image allowing you to see the original view stereoscopically (3D). From an educational perspective you have a 33% higher retention rate of material that is presented stereoscopically (3D). Students can create their own stereoscopic imagery with any standard single view camera by doing an astronaut “cha cha” shot by just shifting approximately 2.5” & taking a second image to complete the “stereo Pair”. Masuji Suto has a free program, “StereoPhoto Maker” for the adjustment and combining the two images. Other resources: National Stereoscopic Association (NSA), International Stereoscopic Union (ISU), & StereoPhoto Maker (SPM).

Great quality, good price!
I didn't know I needed these, until one day I did. So I looked for a good deal, and this product does not disappoint. It probably wouldn't hold up to harsh daily use, but that isn't what this is for. It's perfect for the occasions that you need to view classic 3D art or movies, and it will absolutely hold up through all you need. They fit like any pair of sunglasses and are comfortable enough to sit through a whole movie. Great product for the value!

They do not work
We were very excited to try these on but unfortunately they did not work. The left side looks black. It gave everyone a headache. We only had them on for a couple of minutes.

They work, but appear red
These glasses do work but the image is rather dark and appears more red. I have some paper ones that came with a children's book that in my opinion look better with more color.

Not good
One of the three arrived broken. The surviving ones are a bit too small, and the blue side is WAY darker than the red. They also just feel very uncomfortable to wear, clearly meant for smaller heads only.

Good fit
Good fit and works great, doesn't hurt or scratch your face and snug enough to let your face still breathe
