Pretty good!!
I got the birth control shot sometime in May 2024. I was still getting my period for the month of June and July with also constant light bleeding. Sort of as if I was spotting but I was spotting for the whole month of July and first week of August 2024. After that I never received my period or bled at all. The birth control shot is something we need to get after a certain amount of weeks (3months) and I decided to not go get my second shot. For the remaining of the year I still did not have a period or bled. I was starting to get concerned and went to my OBGYN. She gave me a medication (don't remember the name) to help my body "remember" to menstruate but that didn't work. She then recommended me this and I was taking it for two weeks or so and my period came back. I was very surprised because it had seemed like a miracle just happened. I have now been getting my period for two months straight. I'm not sure if it's due to this or maybe my body somehow magically decided to start menstruating. Anywho if you do plan to purchase it does say you have to take 4 of these pills all in one day. I haven't been doing it but I do try my best to take more than one in a day. It all depends on how your body reacts. They are big pills but easy to swallow. At first I was concerned on how big it was but when I swallowed it, it wasn't bad. There is no taste to the pill which makes it easy to swallow and the color of the pill is like a milky-white color.

PCOS, Trying to get pregnant, only three days in and Im already convinced!
So the doctors diagnosed me with PCOS almost a year ago, my husband and I have been trying to start our family for almost two years now. I was getting really frustrated because the doctors weren't doing anything or suggesting anything to help get my cycle regulated. I even went through an HCG procedure TWICE to check on my reproductive system. All was normal with those tests but basically just means its my hormone imbalance and what not that is making my cycle so irregular. I was on day 110 of my cycle (had missed a couple months) by the time I ordered this. I figured it couldnt hurt since it is natural and all the research I did on it showed good things. I ordered this last week and it arrived on Friday. I took my first dose on Saturday and my second dose on Sunday, and I kid you not- this morning (Monday) I got my period!!!! (after three months without it. )After only TWO DOSES! I have never been so happy to get it!! I highly doubt I would have gotten it without this stuff, normally I have PMS and cramping and bloating for a full week before I get my period. And this time it actually surprised me, because I didnt have a week of bloating or anything. I even noticed that this weekend while taking it I already had so much more energy! I deep cleaned our floors, emptied and cleaned out our fridge and freezer, made a big batch of yogurt and I still wanted to get more things done. Now I only have been taking it for three days but I was so excited about what it has already done that I had to share! If within the next couple months it proves to help keep my period regular, then I will be convinced! And I will be sure to follow up with another review if that happens and hopefully if it helps us to get pregnant! Just for reference my last few cycles have been 34 days, then 47 days, and then i had this 111 day cycle. And my average cycle length for the past year was 64 days.... :| . I hope this cycle is more like 30 days or even less, and if it is I will follow up. I have taken Vitex pills before in the past and they seemed to help a little bit, and I had taken them during this super long cycle, but I didnt notice a change and didnt get my period, so I am convinced that these will work better for me than Vitex. What I would say is that even if youre not trying to get pregnant, and even if you dont have PCOS but just have irregular or inconsistent periods, that taking something like this is definitely worth it! Just keeping your reproductive health in a good place as a woman is always important, especially if you want to get pregnant someday. I would also probably suggest taking something like this after coming off birth control if you have taken that. I have been off for 2 years but my PCOS is definitely worse since being off of birth control than it was before I went on it, so hopefully consistently taking this will help get my cycle back on track. FOLLOW UP: after finishing my first bottle of Myo-inositol, I got my second period! That made my cycle a normal 28 days, the first time I’ve had a cycle like that not on birth control in two years. They were almost always at least 40 days or more. I know this supplement is responsible for this and I haven’t noticed any bad side effects. I will be switching to something called Ovasitol simply because it’s specially formulated for PCOS, a ratio of myo-inositol and d-Chiro-inositol. But i would recommend this supplement to anyone who is trying to get their cycle back to a healthy rhythm-whether trying to get pregnant or not. :) It’s been a miracle worker in my cycle!

Worth to try- longer review
I’ve been taking Zazzee Myo-Inositol for two months now, and I’m so glad I tried it. My doctor told me my A1C was a little high, but they didn’t want to put me on medication. I had already been going to the gym, eating well, and trying to lose weight, but I wasn’t seeing results, and I felt low on energy. They just told me I needed to exercise more. I asked Google for alternatives to help lower my blood sugar naturally, and it suggested myo-inositol. I did some research and decided to try it, then I found this Zazzee brand on Amazon. The first week or so, nothing dramatic happened, but after about 2–3 weeks, I noticed a big decrease in my appetite. I normally eat breakfast and lunch, sometimes a big lunch, but now I couldn’t even finish a normal meal ,any little amount of food made me feel full. At the same time, I felt more energized, which was surprising since I was eating less. I kept going to the gym 4–5 times a week, making sure to eat enough protein to fuel my workouts, and I felt strong during exercise. After one bottle, I went from 202 pounds to 194 pounds. I didn’t know that appetite reduction was a side effect at first, but it ended up being a really helpful bonus. I still don’t know my next A1C result — I have an appointment with my doctor in a couple of months — but even without that, I feel healthier, more energetic, and more in control of my portions. I’m very happy I gave it a try and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for natural support for PCOS.

Endless, heavy bleeding until I added Indole-3-Carbinol
I just got this product today, and after 8 pills for a total of 4g Myo-inositol, my ovaries feel... hot and heavy. It's very strange. I went from spotting to light bleeding 3 hours after my first dose. (Been spotting for about 20 days.) I'm writing this review as a placeholder to update later. My background: I've had terrible PCOS since I was 10 years old. My first period lasted a year. I am 32 now, and to this day, I still have periods lasting 6 months (or that disappear for 2 years). My doctors always want to prescribe birth control to stop the bleeding, or huge amounts of progesterone to force a cycle. Birth control makes me feel like a manic robot. I have been diagnosed with OCD, which I displayed symptoms of from an unusually young age. I have been married 8 years, never used birth control in that time, and never gotten pregnant. Last ultrasound in 2016 showed about 25 cysts/ovary, and a very uncomfortable test showed I had a partially blocked fallopian tube. Got blood work done and I had high estrogen, normal testosterone, low progesterone, high triglycerides, high hsCRP, low blood count, low iron, low vitamin D, and low PM cortisol. My hair was falling out, I had a new facial hair popping up every week, I was uncomfortably bloated and swollen, and my doctor said I was almost in danger of needing a blood transfusion. My skin wasn't even the color it was supposed to be. I was just so tired. Life had been kicking me real hard. 6 weeks ago, I started a bunch of vitamins. Iron for the hair loss; Vitamin D, Zinc, and Omega 3s to address inflammation and anxiety; B-complex for triglycerides and adrenal function; and NAC and alpha lipoic acid to support liver function and aid in hormone regulation. I'm also on a low dose of Progesterone to stop the breakthrough bleeding. Now, Myo-inositol. I cut all sugars except for eating fruit, all dairy, and all gluten. I started working out a little bit in my living room each day, and got a new job that requires I walk 3-4 miles a day. I dropped from 194lbs to 177lbs in just 6 weeks. (I'm usually 165-180 at 5'7, but stress makes me blow up like Veruca Salt). (UPDATE 08/21/2020): Well, folks, just wanted to add some potentially helpful info. I experienced fairly heavy bleeding after starting my period on Day 1. By Day 7, I was stuck in a pattern of light in the morning, then a flood with clots by midday and all evening. I don't know how to describe it other than I was clearly not able to transition out of my period. It literally felt like my body was trying–and failing–to end the bleeding. I have consistently elevated levels of estrogen, which is related to awful, heavy periods. My theory? My liver can't chew up and spit out this stupid estrogen I have flooding my system. I had some Indole-3-Carbinol (which turns into diindolylmethane, aka DIM). It's supposed to help break down estrogen for the liver. I was holding off on using because, lord, there's only so many pills a woman can take in one day, and do I really need it? Turns out, maybe YES. Today at noon, I took 200mg. MY BLEEDING IS ALMOST GONE. It's been about six hours. Coincidence? It's hard for me to believe that. I felt really weird after I took the I3C. Not bad, just kind of dizzy and distracted and sleepy. Oh, and other side effects of the Myo-inositol so far: I've had a little bit of extra hunger and my skin issues have flared (likely a side effect from the blood loss). I've never had acne, just eczema and seborrheic dermatitis that get significantly worse when I'm anemic and vitamin D deficient. Anyway, if you can't seem to stop bleeding, try I3C and see if that helps. Good luck! (Update 08/22/2020): Sweating. So much sweating. I drank about twice as much water yesterday as usual, and I woke up insanely thirsty during the night. Still spotting but guessing my second dose of I3C will knock that out. I have dropped almost 3lbs of water weight overnight. So weird, since I drank all that water yesterday. (Update 09/16/2020): Stopped the I3C after about two or three weeks of use. It did what I needed it to do. Due to lack of long term studies, it's recommend to take I3C no more than 4 weeks straight before taking a few months off. Had a regular period without it already, though. My cycle has started to normalize. To be honest, it's really damn weird. I didn't even need a super pad for my last period. It was the easiest period I've ever had in my life, hands down, even compared to when I was on birth control as a teenager. No horrific cramping, no awful mood swings or depression. Apparently, I can also feel myself ovulate. I have never experienced this sensation before in my life, but it's a real thing. This could be good, as I am ovulating from the ovary that has a partially blocked tube. I'd rather wait to try next month for conception to avoid risk of ectopic. I also had a mild headache with nausea and threw up during ovulation. That part was not so great. But hey, I don't need ovulation kits, so that's something, right? I re-evaluated my supplements at the 45 day mark and cut back on everything but the myo-inositol. I did add a low dose magnesium and calcium supplement to help with chocolate and dairy cravings that began a few weeks ago. I am now 167lbs. I am storing less fat in my thighs/hips and upper arms. Some of the man-hair I was having issues with has fallen out, but not a whole lot. My skin, hair, and nails have all improved significantly, and I sleep much better at night (I used to wake up to go to the bathroom about twice a night). Anyway, that's got to be enough information for you guys. Hope the record of my experience is useful or reassuring to those of you that made it this far in the review. I absolutely recommend trying this product to improve your quality of life if you have PCOS. I do also recommend at least one visit to a nutritionist for a blood test to check for other deficiencies common in PCOS women (Iron, Zinc, Vitamin D) so you can feel your very best. And don't forget to be kind to yourself, always, no matter how far you think you are from what you should be.

Helped my insulin resistance
I was diagnosed with pcos recently and my dr told me I could try myo-inositol, d-chiro-inositol, and cinnamon before trying metformin and birth control. My pcos symptoms are hirsutism, abnormal cycles, cramps, hormone issues, anxiety, insulin resistance and weight issues. I also have polycystic ovaries. I’ve been taking the inositols and the cinnamon for a month now. The biggest difference I’ve seen is with the insulin resistance. A month ago I needed to eat immediately upon waking or I would have low blood sugar. I’d have to eat every couple of hours to avoid a blood sugar drop. Now I actually get hungry! It’s amazing. I don’t get the blood sugar drops. As far as the other symptoms, I haven’t really seen much change. I just bought my second bottle and will update in a month. Month 2 Review- I've just finished my second bottle of Myo-inositol and I think this is really helping. Around my TOM I had about a week that I felt like the insulin resistance was bad again. But it seems to have gotten better as my cycle progressed. I haven't lost any pounds, but I have lost inches in my waist and legs. I have been doing about 30 minutes of walking 4-5 times a week, so I'm sure that helps. However I have exercised in the past without ANY results so I think the myo-insositol is giving my body a boost to build some muscle, which would explain the inches lost but no weight lost. I still have very intense sugar cravings. I've had no change in the hirsutism. Anxiety still seems to fluctuate with the cyclical hormone changes, worse during TOM. I use CBD oil to help with the anxiety, and that seems to take the edge off. My past 3 cycles have been 28, 21, & 27 days, so the myo-inositol hasn't made a huge difference in that yet. The one thing that I've really noticed is that my cramps are WAY less severe. In the past I've had to take 4 Advil every 4 hours for about 3 days in order to live through the cramps. And I'd still end up with a heating pad most nights. The last 2 cycles I've had while on myo-inositol have been much better. I've taken no Advil at all. No heating pad. The only thing I've used is some CBD oil and CBD topical and that's been enough to take the edge off. Overall I think that this product works, but it's not going to be an overnight improvement. My chiropractor recently told me that supplements don't work like medications. They take longer to build up in your system. So I'll continue my regimen and hope to continue to see results. I just got my 3rd bottle and I'll update in a month. I have received nothing in return for this review. I just wanted to let women know that this product does help with some PCOS symptoms and it's worth a try.

Trying to detox, "other ingredients" has a toxin in it.
I'm trying to detox my liver, which inositol is known to help in a big way. To date and I'm talking years, all other supplements I have taken for this have not helped. In fact, signs of liver disease caused by high toxin levels in my liver have only substantially increased in me. Thus, I stopped all. Then I found out about inositol and was reserved about it helping, but I thought I would give it a try. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that my body would react so positively to taking myo-inositol. I'm almost through my 2nd bottle and have ordered a 3rd. Myo-inositol is known to help detox the body as a whole at the cellular level. Another reason why I am taking it. I was very sick years ago and was on a lot of medications at their highest dosage (ugh!). This is very hard on the liver. My health has returned to the point that I have eliminated all but one of the medications, but my body is showing the trademark signs of a liver in decline. I do not drink alcohol at all. Not because I don't want to, but because my body swells with just one drink. Alcohol is a toxin, too, so I'm not surprised by my body's response to me drinking it. I bought this supplement with high hopes of detoxing my whole body. Within a few days a huge change started taking place. Without increasing fluid intake or reducing caloric intake in any way, my body started to eliminate wastes in the way it was meant to do. I just never realized my body had stopped doing this! The liver isn't the only organ responsible for removing toxins from the body (although they tend to stay in the liver). The kidneys do, too. That's why given my situation, I've been concerned about kidney disease, as well, but I didn't expect to see signs of kidney detoxification because there's not too many articles talking about how well it detoxifies kidneys like they do talk about detoxifying the liver. I didn't realize I had any sign of kidney disease until my body suddenly and dramatically increased waste elimination in my body through urine. How do I know this? Because suddenly and without any other possible cause, the amount of urine that I release dramatically increased within just 2 days of starting this product and it hasn't stopped. One of the reasons why we sleep is for the body to eliminate toxins and the increase is most notably at night regardless of me having or not having fluids just before bed. In other words, nothing I have done from a dietary perspective or medication and supplement perspective has changed in over a year except for me taking this supplement. Sounds great, right? Except for the fact that magnesium stearate, which is in this product and so many others, is a known liver toxin. This sounds sort of conflicting, but I figure the toxins I am eliminating at an increased rate which I so desperately need right now. As I get down towards much of it being eliminated (hopefully), which according to all sources I have read takes about a year, I will need to find another product that does not have magnesium stearate in it. In fact, I need to do that for all my supplements that have it, not just this one. I gave it 3 stars because I can't shake being disturbed about the magnesium stearate thing and I thought others who may be trying to detox their liver and whole body for that matter, may want to know that the supplement they are taking for this also has magnesium stearate which is putting a toxin back into your liver. You may not care to concern yourself with that. Others may which is why I wrote this review. I am against any compensation via discounts, coupons, or any other cost break for giving reviews. This review is my true experience.
