I purchased this for my very tall daughter who uses an elevated height sewing machine (affixed the foot pedal to a wood footstool) but also loves to roll it into the kitchen for canning and baking projects. She said it's the most comfortable chair she's ever had and looks really nice with their home decor. Easy to assemble. Quiet when rolled or turned.

After getting past the poor directions (which showed us how to assemble backwards) and have enough muscle to get wheels in) It's awesome. Back hits right where it should. Supportive and comfortable. Seat is thick and comfortable. Having a foot rest was a must. Wheels glide across the floor easily so be careful. And they do not mark the floor.

Great chair. Good quality. Foot rest is worthless.Good quality to so many I have seen and tried for my shop.Th foot rest broke within a day. Cheap flimsy metal foot reat and rivets holding it together pulled out. I had a foot rest from a older failed chair from another source, and that foot rest is strong. Put that on this chair and fit is perfect.If not for the footrest this would be perfect. I tried contacting the supplier support. I was in need of a new chair and this chair was a great investment. It has back support, Height Support, A wide seat great for my girls that are thicker in the thighs and has a foot rest. Best chair to lash on for hours.

It's very comfy! One of the features I like is the seat, with the edges that help hold me onto the chair so I won't accidentally slip off of it. The chair rolls smoothly without any problems. I have a tiny kitchen, and I can actually maneuver in it by pushing and pulling myself around. I cannot stand very long due to health issues and needed something like this so I can cook and do my dishes. I can't think of any downsides except ironically I have to use a stool to get up on it lol, but that's because I have short legs. My son put it together for me and it was very easy for him to do! It might be way more than I needed or will ever need but I'd rather have something that will last us for a long time and is a quality product. I'm happy with this chair!

This chair is a big improvement from my old chair, which was not desk chair. I needed back support and height adjustments and chose this chair.PROS:1. The height adjustment works perfectly.2. The foot rest is ideal, because I am short. When I raise chair to work comfortably at my desk, my feet dangle.3. The seat size was a tad larger than I expected. I'm a petite woman and wanted to be supported rather than swallowed by a big chair. The seat comfortably holds my body with a little extra thigh room.CONS:1. While the chair was not terribly difficult to assemble, I had to struggle getting the backrest in the slot.The chair came with a one-sheet instruction page which was only moderately useful. Most of the assembly required common sense. The instruction page contained a customer service email address. I contacted the manufacturer twice and never received a response. Not even a courtesy email. Due to their complete lack of attention, I dropped one star from the rating.2. The second big problem is the backrest, which was one of the reasons I chose the chair. While the backrest does support my back, the chair supposedly has a tilt feature. This feature is greatly flawed. No matter what position I adjust the lever, the back does not lock into place. Most of the time it tilts forward so it does provide support, plus the backrest can slide up and down for height adjustment. But the backrest also moves (tilts) back if I lean back. It never locks in place. I have referred to the unhelpful instructions and disassembled then reassembled the chair to no avail, and dropped a second star from the rating.Summary: If back support and customer service are important, shop with a different company.UPDATE: Don't ask me how, but I finally got the back rest to lock after disassembling and reassembling the backrest and the loosening and readjusting some of the knobs and bolts.

I bought it to use in the kitchen so when I get tired I can sit down when cooking or doing dishes and it works excellent for that. But I wish the set was flatter for a more comfortable fit on setting o the sides. All and all the only thing that would make it better would have a way to lock the wheel when I don’t want it to roll once I’m sitting until I want it to roll but there is not a chair made that will do that so this one is great

It’s a little weird having the foot rest the way that it is if it was a separate peace with the option of maybe pedal foot best instead of a circle it would be better but it’s a pretty comfortable chair
