Has anyone used this belt with an iPhone 6 Plus? If so, how tight is the fit? Will an iPhone 6 Plus still fit with a slender case? Measurements?

An iPhone 6 Plus won't fit in this pocket. I don't have the exact measurements but it could fit a phone the size of the iPhone 4 or 5. Hope that helps!

How thick is the pouch?

Not very thick. I can’t get my phone in it. But I love the belt. I carry my phone in the pocket of my running pants.

What size do I need for a 34" waist?

Definitely small/medium. I am a 32 waste and have to adjust it to the very smallest. It does fit very well though. Status put
