I selected this product based on the statement saying it helps with allergies. For the past few years I have had problems on and off once Spring comes along. I was very happy to experience the lack of allergies this year after using Stinging Nettle.I normally try an allergy pill and it never works. However, this year I used a pill along with the supplement and everything cleared up completely. I’m super excited with the results. I can tell you I’ve never really had any success with the allergy pills but I do believe pairing the two are my secret ingredients to a cloudy head free Spring season 🙌🏼

Suffering with allergies on a regular basis is just part of my day. Itchy eyes, sneezing, you know the drill, but taking this supplement actually slowed down if not got rid of some of my reaction to the allergies I was having so I knew I had to leave this review. Hey! I am very pleased with the product, packaging etc. I cant say I noticed a dramatic difference in health however I can't say I was going to expect much from stinging nettle. It's more of a preventative measure than anything else. I will say, I've so far been avoiding any serious allergy issues but I hope that will continue
