It definitely leaked in transit.
The media could not be loaded. This product is amazing, I've used it for years. If you are able to purchase this product at a local store that would be a better option. The bottle seems mostly full still so I'm just gonna keep it but others may not feel the same way.

Packaging is terrible
I received a sample of this from a subscription service and I loved it! This arrived leaking like crazy to the point of having ants crawling all over it! So disgusting! The top of the container is NOT SEALED so the product leaked all over!! I couldn’t even use it!! The small 1oz size I got in my glam bag was tightly sealed…. And that was just a sample!! For as much as it costs they should at least seal the top of the container. So disappointed!
