It is good for maing paneer. I wanted it to make ghee but it too weak to take hot ghee and the cloth holes are also too big for straining ghee.

Great cheese cloth, worked perfectly for my use
I had seen this recipe of oregano cheese spread and I was eagerly waiting for my order. It arrived before time and it was just perfect. I could not wait and made a small batch the very same day. I had taken images to post them on reddit from where I got the recipe and thought I should leave a comment here as well. Next up, I will be making a cheese cake. Yay 🎉

Quite thin .. not suitable for juice squeezing, the pulp will come out too
