Is This Vacuum really have just 1.43 hp? 11 amp=1.43 hp

According to the listing for this same model on the Bissell website, it is indeed 11 amps. I am not sure how you are getting 1.43 HP though, if you are considering 120 volts in your calculation, assuming this is for a single-phase AC motor at 100% efficiency, and a power factor of 1.0. The basic formula is: amps x volts = watts; and, 1 HP = 746 watts. Hence, (11 amps)(120 volts)=1320 watts; yielding 1.77 HP. 1.43 HP would have to yield 8.89 amps at 120 volts or 11 amps at 97 volts. That being said, you can't have more than 2.4 HP on a 15 amp circuit or 3.2 HP on a 20 amp circuit without blowing the fuse for said circuits. Any shop vac advertising more than this should have stated "Peak HP," which, to my understanding, just means for a very small fraction of a millisecond after you turn the vac on, it is at its peak HP. For example, a 6.5 HP vacuum is 40 amps which would blow any normal household circuit. That 6.5 HP only happens for a split second after you turn the machine on, otherwise you would need a special circuit to use it. I'm of the opinion that it is not about simple, mechanical HP but AHP (air horsepower), a calculation used in air handling. This would be a more accurate reading for how well a vacuum sucks (no pun intended). They should be giving us air velocity specs at the inlet of the canisters instead of mechanical HP of the motor which is not necessarily a good indication of suction power; especially, if they are stating the so-called "Peak HP."

@Manufacturer: Some reviews said it didnt have the hose and attachments in the box, will the hose be in the box if I order this?

The hose and attachments were shipped inside the actual vacum, inside the box

I’m impressed with the quality! it comes with a filter but i don’t know about a hepa filter. It is sturdy and has well-fitting attachments. I love that it doesn’t hurt my ears or constantly flip over like so many shop vacs

can we plug it in to the car lighter?

No it is 120 volt not 12 volt. Unless you have a very strong power invertor and even at that I would not recommend it.
