Pumpkin is a bit large but granddaughter likes it.

Adorable my daughter will be using for halloween.

The media could not be loaded.  We recently inherited some original American Girl dolls and purchased this costume for one of them. It was tricky to get on, which could be improved by making it Velcro all the way down in the back, or elasticating the waist, and the fragile sleeves could be made a bit wider.We were afraid it wouldn’t fit at first but then tried a bottoms up approach to putting the dress on. We had to be very careful navigating her hands through the sleeves for fear of puncturing the delicately thin fabric there, but once we were in, we were able to slide it on. It looks beautiful, the design is fabulous. Felicity is wearing it over her bloomers as it’s a little short, and is wearing her own shoes although the gold shoes that were included are very nice.We had no issues with the hat as it does have an elastic band to hold it on. You might add cotton balls inside the hat to keep it conical because it does like to go flat without a bit of encouragement.

My 5 yr old granddaughter loves to have clothes to change her dolls This was so special because it was a costume and she loves to play dress up.

This outfit was as pictured and it fit our American Girl Doll perfectly.
