Great company and great product!

I use Nutricost's Carnitine, Citrulline Malate, and Beta Alanine together as my pre-workout while fasting in a 3g - 2g - 3g ratio, along with pink himalayan salt and caffeine. It doesn't break a fast which is the primary reason I ordered these specific products. I ordered their products on Sunday afternoon and they arrived the next day on Monday afternoon and I don't have Amazon Prime. It tastes like concentrated citrus when I mix them all together, which I'm perfectly fine with. I just dump them all into my little Ramekin that I use to take shots of powdered supplements and down the hatch it goes, washed down with some room temp coffee which is where the caffeine comes from, and I wipe the tart away with a bit of salt followed by some water. The first fasted workout while using this combination of supplements was phenomenal. I do weight training for 45 min to an hour followed by 30 min of swimming, and usually after a 24 hour fast I'm barely able to swim after lifting weights. I was a god in the pool even on a 24 hour fast and after doing eccentric weight training, and I think a lot of it is due to these natural supplements making energy more available in my body. I also noticed my VO2 max was increased which is probably why I found cardio easier. I'm also keto if anyone is wondering.

This stuff works well when you are in a calorie deficit. The first time I took it was in the morning on an empty stomach and thirty minutes later, I felt a huge burst of energy that was very different from caffeine. I don't feel tired or exhausted. I'm able to get an extra few reps or sets at the gym. As for the fat loss part, I'm not sure yet. The supplement does have a taste. When you mix it with water, it tastes like the refreshing water that had a whole bunch of sliced lemons submerged in it. Very refreshing and easily goes down the hatch. I would recommend.

I have been using carnatine l tartrate for years now. I have gone through two containers of the Nutricost unflavored carnitine l tartrate before I bought this last one. Upon arrival the packaging showed no defects and looked fine so I do not think there were any shipping problems. Yet, when I opened the container of carnatine l tartrate it smelled particularly fishy, though carnitine l tartrate often smells somewhat rancid this time it was considerably more so than the last container I received. That was the first sign something may have been off. After smelling it, as per usual, I took a scoop and dropped a full scoop into my mouth with nothing else. This is where it was really off. Carnitine l tartrate should be EXTREMELY sour, yet this carnitine l tartrate was only slightly sour and surprisingly sweet. Now this may sound like a positive, but to me that tells me this particular batch that I received must be different in some way. I have never had carnitine l tartrate that tastes like this so I dunno what to think about it. As far as effectiveness of the product is concerned I can't really say. I have been taking this supplement for 3 years and I don't really know if it does anything at all, there is some evidence it may increase the number of androgen receptors in your upper body, but that is pretty hard to judge, especially when you are taking many other supplements that may increase androgenic activity. I dunno what they changed with this batch but it tastes like no carnitine l tartrate I have ever had and the size of the granules is much finer in this batch as well.

I saw You Tube videos about his version of L-Carnitine. I had taken L-Carnitine before years ago, but aside from a very slow weight loss benefit, didn't keep taking it over the years. I started working out again and wanted to try and find something that would address my andipose (old fat storage) issues. Well, lo and behold, this stuff works! They were right. It actually goes to your worst fat areas, like my low belly, butt, and the backs of my thighs, and that is where it is coming off first. I kid you not. It does what they say. Be sure to eat a fast acting carb of exactly 1/3 cup of carbs just before working out. This activates the miracle of the TARTRATE in the l-Carnintine...like putting lighter fluid on a fire. I take two little spoons before the workout and 4-6 after. It really gives me energy for the workout and post workout soreness is greatly reduced. Have had zero side effects. No jitters. No sleeplessness. No upset stomach. Be sure to stay hydrated. Drink a whole sipper of something besides carbonated sugary drinks while working out. I blend up my own 1/4 cup of green pumpkin seeds in a blender with 4 cups water. Add a little Stevia or molasses or a Tablespoon of honey. It really helps the workout and is very healthy for you.

It does the job but you need to be more towards diet control and weekly 5 sessions of cardio/muscle building

Ya había consumido líquida y siento que está en polvo me gustó más porque rinde muchísimo y está a buen precio. Había leído comentarios que huele a pescado o algo así, pero yo al prepararla le siento como un sabor cítrico, y es fácil de tomar. Yo la preparo con agua y me gusta. Trae su cucharita para preparar la porción. Solo no le saquen la bolsita que sirve para que no guarde humedad y en mi caso cada cierto tiempo como que el polvo se compacta en ciertas partes y lo único que hago es cerrar bien el frasco y agitar para que se despegue bien el polvo y vuelve a quedar bien. Con respecto a su función todavía no podría opinar porque llevo apenas unas semanas probandola, pero yo la compré más como antioxidante pero estoy empezando a hacer ejercicio también.

Es la mejor opción con respecto a precio calidad. La primera vez compré el bote más grande. Pero esta vez estaba agotado por lo que compré este más chico. Es muy fácil de preparar y de tomar, tiene un sabor como a limón. Me ha ayudado mucho
