board arrived damaged and not fit for purpose. only option for refund was to send it back to USA from UK!!!!! such an inconvenience and no compensation for a birthday ruined. please resolve this for me it would be so greatly appreciated.

Nice board, 10 year old grandson loved it and was able to get a good ride in only a few minutes. Durability to be determined but has a nice finish.
