I have eaten all of the chocolates with the Alter Ego label, and this is my favorite.

Trying to cut down on my sugar intake, I gave this chocolate bar a try, and to be honest, I really didn't enjoy it at all. I tasted just bitterness and very little sweetness. Could not finish the bar.

Sugar Grams Listed on Alter Eco Chocolate Bar
I am pre-diabetic, so I can eat only the 3 gram Alter Eco chocolate bar but was sent the 6 gram. The sugar grams were not listed on the order—or I did not see the ingredient list.
