actually my brother makes pan sized pancakes on sunday and he needed bigger flippers than what wally had. these hit the spot, and work awesome for HUGE pancakes. I guess they would work for burgers as well. *thumbs up*

I’ve use these on my cast-iron pan and on my stainless steel griddle. Very substantial handles. Easy to throw in the dishwasher to clean. Of course you wouldn’t want to use them in nonstick cookware.
