Easy to install. Perfect for finishing off our garage beautification project. Worked great even on the not perfect sections of the wall where it was bumpy or had empty space. Be careful with the adhesive side, it is quite sticky. It touched the floor on accident and removed the paint. (We painted not epoxied) I just repainted that area and the garage looks fabulous!

It has the worse adhesive glue and it does not stick or bone to the surface when applied as described in the product description!

Used this in the basement bathroom. Tile floors and drywall walls. Unrolled the product and let it sit flat for over a month. Peeled off the paper backing and pushed it against the wall. The vinyl simply peeled away from the wall all over the place. The glue was sticky enough but maybe only engineered to stick to skin, which it did quite well, allowing me to get the glue on other objects. After the initial fail, I then tried to use construction adhesive and had to place heavy objects along every square inch of the base to try to get it to stick as the base wanted to pull away wherever it was not perfectly flat. I am letting the first 6 feet dry right now. I have my doubts on what the finish product will look like. Very time consuming and frustrating. Don't buy this product. You've been warned.

I really wanted the Armstrong wall base but I could not find it. I settled for this product. The adhesion is not the best but it gives you a good start. Be prepared to go over some areas with adhesive silicone. If you make sure the area that you are applying to is clean and free from dust or dirt it help the adhesion stick better.The product is flexible and adheres to corners adequately. I needed this wall base to pass an inspection for my business. I needed the most cost effective product I could find. The adhesive is super tough , I went to pull it some back from a mistake I made ( not slanting with the floor) and it pulled the paint right from the wall. I like this!!! The top or the trim is less to be desired and reading the previous reviews there were a lot of concerns with adhesion. I purchased some clear silicone caulk and it did come in handy to provide a cleaner bond to the wall. I used this for my garage to create a finished look from the wall to the floor. I am very pleased with the item I purchased.

I have been purchasing most of house goods from Amazon since a few years ago, and this is my very first time to leave a detailed review, only because this is a veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery bad design of product.1. I leave overall rating of 3 stars because it works. Unlike what other reviews say, I had no problem making it flat.2. The length is a big problem. I only need 1 foot of this material, but I had to buy the entire 20-feet box.3. The adhesion is awful! I would wish it didn't have any glue preloaded. The adhesive does not work at all, but only sticks to my hand. I had to use my own carpet adhesive which works quite well, but my hand is full of the adhesive that came with the wall base. It took me nearly 1 hour to get rid of 99% of the adhesive, and I can still feel my finger sticks to the keyboard as I type.

my kitchen under cabinet baseboard was a wreck. leaks from the sink, and numerous teething puppies had made a fine mess of it. Pulling it out and replacing it would have meant puling the cabinets and everything else- not a quick and easy job. enter the magical adhesive vinyl wall base. in 10 minutes, I had a clean, water resistant baseboard. my only tool was a razor knife. 5 stars!

Ordered this when I was replacing my bathroom floor. It arrived before the tile did! Works well and sturdier than the brands I found at the hardware store.
