Not high quality, but it works
You need some DIY skills as there are no instructions. The packaging is entirely in Chinese!The overall quality isn't that good but it does the job. Typical low cost Chinese product. It's not in the same league as one I bought in Menards many years ago, and it's smaller overall.Only one key, which is just a cast star-like cross section but not cuttable at your local locksmith. So, if you need a second or spare key, you have to buy another kit! The key is about 3x longer than it needs to be and the pot metal is already wearing where it runs on the rack inside the lock. Sometimes it slips on that rack.It served my purpose but I'd try another brand next time.

Serviceable, but just barely.
It works as advertised, but it's not a smooth process. Worth the price, but if you can find something better, it would be a good idea to get that instead.

Garbage - failed after a few uses
Bought 3 for a project and wore the first one out before I got the other 2 installed. Key is soft and has small gooves from rack gear. grooves are not very deep, but enough that it will no longer move the rack gear to engage the lock. Drag on the lock is less than a typical door application so no excuse for it to fail that quick. The other 2 will be going in the garbage.
