This is the only reasonable priced hair putty I have found that holds my hair without my hair feeling gunky or stiff. I'm a dude, my hair is short (about 2-3 inches), and can be difficult at 3 inches thanks to the genetic splicing of my Mom's curly hair and my Dad's straight hair. One small application lasts the day! My only request is to have a bigger tub size. I use the both the Fiber Spikes (7 Hold) and Surfer Hair (6 Hold) equally and love them both.

This is the best hair product that I've used in years. It works great with my thick hair, I am able to shape and style it a manner other hair products can't do in the same price range. From what I hear, this is a discontinued product. Garnier has replaced this with another product.

My husband loved the fruit putty (previous rendition of this fiber gel) for styling without being crunchy. This seems to be the same formula, just bigger packaging that seems kind of wasteful. He uses this daily on his short hair and I only order it every 3 months. Pleasant faint smell, too.

I had a problem with mine containers being opened and over half was used from both containers but contacted seller and he took care of it very very quickly and I will be happy to order from this seller again. I absolutely love this product and I have very thick curl hair and this stuff is perfect.

This Garnier Fiber Spikes is the best product I have found for my very straight hair. I put it on after wasshing let it dry and then style my hair. The curl will hold all day and sometimes a couple of days. Gives my hair much more body. I have very straight hair and have not had a perm for over 7 years. Great product for me.

I buy this for my father, and he lives by this putty. This is all he ever uses, so I guess its great for many, but for me its too soft and flakes out after a few hours.
