Possible to get lock and keys replaced? They broke immediately.

Same!! I put exactly that same issue in my review and received an email from the seller offering to send me a key. but they wouldn’t respond after sending them my address to mail a new key to. I assume their communication was a stall tactic so I ran out of time to return it. Disappointing - such a cute box.

Is the key metal or plastic?

The key is made of very cheap plastic and breaks easily, that is why they send two of them I guess. One of the keys broke immediately as I tried to use it, the second didn’t as I took super extra care with it.
