Genuine Military MRE Meal with Inspection Date September 2017 or Newer (Asian Beef Strips)

This one has the CranRaspberry First Strike Bar. I know for a fact thats what you came for.Anyway....The Creamy Spinach Fettuccine was always my favorite, often neglected by everyone else who opted for the chili mac w/ jalapeno cheese spread. But this hidden gem has a unique richness and flavor, creamy and satisfying. Has everything a standard MRE has, heater packet, all weather spoon that can withstand several hundred years, etc, peanut butter packet and instant coffee for dessert. I don't remember if it has the "bread" or "cracker" for a side, but you really can't tell the difference between either one anyway. Good stuff.

Tried my MRE and I was definitely not disappointed what so ever. The taste of the meal was beyond good, literally brought back memories. I'd totally order the MRE's again

My daughter and I have been hooked for a while on YouTube ration review videos. She wanted to have her own review episode at home so I got the Penne with Spicy Sauce and Veggie Sausage Crumbles. Great ration. The pasta was very good. The FRH worked well. I was excited to get the shelf-stable white bread and the chocolate peanut spread, the First Strike chocolate fruit bar was a pleasant surprise and my daughter loved it, which should mean a lot since she hates fruit bars. The lemon lime electrolyte drink was tasty. Coffee instant type III not bad at all. Nut mix is good for a walk-around snack. Accessorie pack had all the basics plus Tabasco sauce. Chewing gum had a cinnamon flavor, reminded me of atomic fire balls!Really happy with this ration, it was a lot of fun to eat, especially for my daughter who got to host her first ration review episode at home. Will definitely work my way down the menus in the future.Finally, price was good, shipping was priority second day, item was shipped within a day of placing order.Check out the photos if you are curious about the contents.

My friends and I started buying MRE's when we'd go camping because at the time they were cheap and plentiful (you could usually buy then at discount stores). If you've never had one you may think that military rations are to be eaten when there's nothing else available. You couldn't be more wrong. I don't know what rations from other countries are like but US MRE's are very good. You get about 2000 calories worth of food including some type of desert and usually some type of candy, along with some other things that you probably won't need like toilet paper and matches. The entree's are usually very good and if you're camping the ration comes with a heater bag. If you're home then you can heat it in the microwave but, be sure to remove it from it's pouch first of you may destroy your microwave! And this ration is one of the best, it's just as good as anything you'd get in a decent Mexican restaurant. Nothing but the best for our people in uniform.They've gotten expensive recently but if you're curious try one, you'll be pleasantry surprised.

This is the oldest food that i have ever had in all of my life, and surprisingly it all tasted fine.Lemon pound cake had slight off egg taste. The taste like when you not use the freshest eggs, but other than that, and even that was fine, palatable, and fun.Only thing i have not tried was the creamer. I prefer the original taste.FYI. There was no Tea included, and only one packet of sugar.

I think that these mre are randomized but the one I got was definitely mid and it took a long time to get to me.

I bought this product for me and my father to try out. He is a US Navy veteran and it gave him back so many memories and we had a good bonding experience.

The Julian date codes on my food are 1228 and 1237 both of those are Julian date codes for August of 2021. It's October 2024! My MRE is over 3 years old and I just received it in the mail!
