The first time I received the product it came promptly but the fitting was not compatible with my BBQ propane tank. I emailed customer service and they responded immediately and sent a compatible model. It works very well. The flame requires minimal gas pressure but the heat it sends out sounds like a small jet engine! It does the job efficiently burning weeds on my driveway. Quite satisfied.

We have a gravel and crushed stone driveway at our lake house and it's always been impossible to stay on top of the weeds. Not anymore, spent 30-40 minutes and weeds were gone. Very safe and you can really keep it accurate enough so to not burn anything else. Well built as well.

Had to adjust a bit to get it working. A few tricks we had to do was; first the hose connection to tank had to go in far enough to open safety valve which took some fiddling. Then when we finally heard that gas was coming out couldn't get it to light. So turned down propane valve to just barely open and then the gas control knob on hose to just open then it would light. The pressure of too much propane won't let it light. Anyway once we got to that point pull the trigger and start burning grass. Keep water hose handy and pay attention to the wind I may have burned some hair off my legs and started a small fire.

The torch is excellent. The first hose nearly ruptured the first use. The manufacturer reached out and sent a replacement torch and hose. No issues so far.

Two comments of note:1) The starter broke down during first use.2) This torch has to be attached to a large propane tank which in turn will have to be hauled in a wheelbarrow. Smaller torches do a good job with smaller, portable propane canisters.

This is a good product but does not do the job I was hoping it would do. Not enough of a flame. I would not buy it again, it would take me several days to do the project I wanted to use it for. Weed burning!!

I like the power that it has plus the length of the hose gives me more flexibility and movement than my last torch damaged by a squirrel

Easy to use and really does have turbo function. This thing is awesome for burning weeds. The hose is a bit long you have to pay attention to it.
