Actually had to read the instructions to figure it out but it’s pretty simple.Can set interval timers so you work out x minutes then rest for z time

Difficult to operate. Very technical.
Hard to use with boxing gloves on. when training rounds you need something much easier to use.

Weird Control scheme
Works great but unfortunately I've had to tinker with it incessantly to figure out the controls. Wish the instructions explained a bit more clearly

Never worked-update
I purchased this in Nov. 2021. I tried to program it February 2022. This timer only worked when I tried to program it. Was going to start using it this week and nothing. Won't power on or anything.Update: the seller contacted me about my issue with the timer. They shipped me a replacement unit. They were very nice and it was really good customer service to back their product.
