Arrived super quickly - within 2 days of me ordering it. The picture is spectacular and the sound quality is superb. Personally, I'm quite picky when it comes to picture and sound quality but this TV is amazing. I would definitely recommend this. The size is perfect too.

After living with this TV for more than a year now, I have some pretty solid opinions.First of all-time I would not buy this TV again.The picture quality is great, I'll give it that, the sound is clear and precise so as a media output, it's great.The menus are about as user friendly as a piranha and as intuitive as a pebble.Certain features, too numerous to mention are just poorly thought out. My biggest annoyance is that the Audio Descriptive activates every time I press the Subtitle button (which brings up the audio accessible menu). VERY annoying in normal circumstances but ESPECIALLY as I have a newborn and if I want to bring up subtitles on a show because I don't want sound on, that IRRITATING robot voice shouts at me until I close the menu. Just to be clear; I do NOT have audio descriptive on.Secondly; the TV sometimes takes a minute or so to 'wake up' when it's turned on from sleep. So the picture/sound will come on as normal but if you need to quickly adjust the volume (again-i have a newborn) or pick another source then it's very slow to respond.For some reason the default menu lighting is dim/dark. So much so that it was barely visible until I manually changed the lighting through another menu. But why would it be so dim? Why on earth would anyone want that?When you get all the settings to how you want then this TV works very well but it's like Samsung sat down and had a conversation about how annoying they could make set up. It got to be so annoying that tbh I stopped trying to bother fixing it and we just lived with it. I'm generally quite a savvy person so I feel bad for anyone even slightly less savvy than me who tries to set this TV up.This next part is for Jersey residents only- Do not buy-Samsung have no official agreement for its online/app services (like apple) so half of the apps you buy a smart TV to buy do NOT work. Such as NowTv, Plex, ITV, 4oD etc etc etc. You can 'make' it work through jiggery-pokery but it's a PAIN in the bum.

Had this tv for a few days now, for the price couldn't ask for a better tv, more than enough ports for all my hardware and the smart tv functionality is easy to use and learn, the packaging was secure and delivery was fast, definitely recommend this seller if you're looking for an affordable and high quality tv, also when gaming the difference is very significant compared to my old hd tv, lapses and bounds above what I was expecting from uhd.The size of the product was no issue either, the tv is light and easy to assemble, took a while to find the screw packet under the back attachment piece but after that was the quickest set up I've ever done for a new tv.Definitely recommend this one, Samsung may have had bad press lately but this product far surpassed the quality of other similar products from other brands I saw while searching for a new tv.

I contacted Tvsandmore regarding my Samsung Tv screen problem which was inspected to be manufacturers fault.I had read some negative reviews about their customer care but I thought I would ignore all negative reviews and give them a try.After about 10 working days of exchanging emails. They picked up the tv and gave me a replacement tv.Thanks for all your help and kind support. Would definitely recommend you guys any day any time. All my colleagues have decided to also buy from you based on this good professional attitude you have displayed.

Great tv that we use as our main tv in the house. It is easy to use and was very well priced at the time.
