Bought this battery on January 11th, 2025. As June 10th, 2025 - just 5 months after purchase it, the battery stopped working. We were using the vacuum almost daily, the seller statement that holds a charge more than 500 days obviously not true. The battery stopped working after less than 150 days.There are quite few other bad reviews from the buyers for this battery pack from this seller. I’m not sure why Amazon is not doing its diligent duty and ban this seller or the item.

I ordered this battery and stopped holding a charge after one month. They replaced it with some brief questions and received it in just a couple days! VERY SATISFIED with their customer service!!

Battery was purchased on Jan 21, 2025. It will no longer take a charge on May 21, 2025. So, it is past the Amazon return date. I do not know how to contact the seller. Five months life for the battery is unacceptable. I want a new battery or my money back!

My Dyson battery has started to die after a short time, and would make it pretty unusable for anything other than spot cleaning. Figured I would give this a shot instead of buying a new one. The fit was perfect and I took the opportunity to disassemble the rest of the pieces and scrub them clean. Paired with new filters and it’s basically new for a fraction of the cost.This was months ago and the new battery has been going strong since. I can run the vacuum as long as I need to clean the whole house with battery to spare - using both low and high settings. It definitely has noticeably longer run time than it did when new. Would recommend this for anyone who has a vacuum that’s a few years old.

i purchased a replacement battery in december of '24 and had to purchase another in april of '25, thinking that i had maybe purchased a bad one. i didnt...its june of 25 and its dead and wont charge just as the last ones. DEFINITELY NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!

My several years old (but still good) Dyson vacuum would operate less than a minute before the battery would go dead. I ordered a replacement battery. Once received I did a quick test. Old battery went dead in 38 seconds. I easily installed the new battery and charged the vacuum then ran it. It ran for over 3 minutes and I was done vacuuming. I don't know how long it would have run had I run it until it ran out of juice. Good deal.

Bought the battery March 26, 2025, and now it won't charge. Worked ok when I first got it but would not hold a charge very long (less than 30 minutes). Don't waste your money.

It has 3 blue lights on battery. When left in the charger to reach a full charge it shows 2 full blue lights with the 3rd one blinking. Is this fully charged? Battery didn't come with a manual.
