Terrible shipping & no customer service
My shipment has been delayed 6x and neither Grohe nor Amazon offer any help at all - just a simple "wait longer" message. Save yourself the trouble and order from a better supplier.

Beatiful water flow
Not olny is the fixture pretty but it makes water flow like silk. This is the second one I buy, I love it!

Not the length as described
It does the job and matches the chrome in the rest of the bathroom but it is NOT the 8" length that is described. I specifically was looking for the longer arm but will use this as we are renovating and need to get something installed.

Well made shower arm with good quality plating. This arm is somewhat shorter than the typical arm, but it doesn't detract from the usefulness of the product.
