Fantastic product. We've been using it almost every day for a family of 3. Easy to use and food turns out perfect every single time. Looks sleek and is compact/easy to store. Glad we went for Philips over competitors.

Fraud with customer
Amazon deliver a defective product and now saying to connect with phillips service centre for any assistance or replacement. If amazon is not responsible for any defect after delivery why we choose Amazon Worst experience with amazon. And disappointed to see that amazon making fool to his customer.

Does the job well but has a design flaw
I have been using this air fryer for more than 2yrs. It does the work I ask of it really well. The only issue for this device is that the markings printed on the dials fade away after a couple of months. This makes it difficult to select the exact temperature we need to cook a particular food item. I had to use a white ink correction pen to mark whatever print was left before it disappeared completely. Felt disappointed that a good product could get such a problem. I wanted to give 3.5 stars but there is no option to choose middle values. Hence chose 4 as the product itself has done well for us.

Value for money
I find this fryer very useful and easy to operate. We tried multiple things to cook and it was very simple and easy to cook.
