You have to burn or oxidize the sensor in before it will work properly. Which means powering it for about 8 hours and letting it settle for an hour before getting accurate readings from it.

Worked for me. Tested to see if it functions. I can make it detect and clean air it shows too. They work, price is fair to a little high, easy to use.

Does the job quit well. On-board pot is very useful to have.

These are so cheap, thought I could build an alternative to an expensive air quality meter. I burned in all of them for 2 weeks, the numbers fluctuated so much and were never close to reliable, not really worth it for sensing CO2 at least, I wasn't interested in the other gas concentrations.
