I’m not quite sure which is better, the beard balm itself (I got the oud & sandalwood) or the company. First the balm. It is the perfect resistance, not too squishy like many balms and butters, and not too waxy stiff. It literally is the perfect consistency. The breakdown in my hands and then into my beard is spectacular and perfect. And, that fragrance!!! I’ve used a lot of the balms on the market and they are always too oily, too waxy or too soft. The Bahawat literally nails absolute perfection in balms. Well done guys! Now to the company itself. Had a small issue with the Amazon order, and these guys got immediately involved, and then resolved it instantly. I’m blown away impressed by their commitment to excellence in customer service. I would definitely buy over and over again from this company. Hard to beat the combo of the best balm AND a great company standing behind it!

Keeps beard nice and soft. Has a really nice, pleasant scent and is not overly greasy.

Love the smell and endurance throughout the day. Wife hate if it gets on her lips. Noticed it was grainy- maybe melted and re solidified.

Used Grok to find this beard balm / hair product that’s made in Florida because I love to support local merchants. But after the first application? Great balance between hold and softness. Lasts all day. Sweet smell I didn’t like at first but it’s grown on me. The smell dissipates. I wouldn’t call it tobacco. There’s no earth. Maybe a pipe smell. It’s pretty expensive but most of them are. I can’t see two ounces being worth more than half what they want. It did have a little grit on the bottom despite advertising no grit. It wasn’t a problem. The little grains smooth out easily. I’ve tried a few others and this one has what I’ve come to know as a pleasant smell and good hold without being stiff. Will buy again.

I have sensitive skin and a lot of beard products would cause me to break out on my chin. This product not only smells good, my wife thinks it's the best smelling one by far, but it leaves your beard soft and doesnt cause me to break out.
