This is fabulous, looks wonderfull set into the wall, the heat is easy to control, the different colours are fun, we have the fire on with no heat, it makes the room feel warm and cosy. Easy to install. Good value for money.

Looks modern in our living room and creats a relaxing atmosphere, Can be slightly noisy on the max heat setting, on the whole its a good addition to the media wall.

Looks great, but very noisy when up full. Be prepared to turn your tv up when it's on. To be fair, it's not expensive compared to other ranges. I run a noiseless fan heater when I need to boost the room temperature, now.

a bit on the dark side great at night

Lasted exactly 1 year and the fan doesn't work. Hardly used. Lovely display but pretty pointless if you can't actually get any heat from it.

Arrived quickly and well packaged - easy to install and looks amazing fitted into a media wall. Lots of colour options. Heater itself is good and easily heats my living room. Looks way more expensive than the actual price tag.

I liked this fire but unfortunately there is one detail not mentioned in the write up. The back of the firebox is mirrored and if like us you have the sofa and chairs facing the fire you see your legs etc reflected in the back of the fire, not a good look sometimes. My partner was not impressed at all. On the plus side it seemed to be well put together, the features were very good and worked well.

Just put this fire in today and it looks really sleek and stylish. Lots of settings for colour, heat and light settings. We chose the crystals. Seller was helpful when contacted and responsive to messages. It was also a really good price in comparison to others we had seen. Kicks out a nice bit of heat too. Warmed our room up in 15 minutes. Really happy would recommend 👌( showed pics with high and low flames for comparison)
