Don't buy this P.O.S. First I bought one from Cosco and after the first used one of the grip teeth came loose, so I returned it, then I made the mistake of buying same model from this 3rd party store from Amazon and it came worst, I did notice something wrong when opening the packaging, the carrying case wasn't the same, this was more cheaply made but I said whatever, so one day I was stranded on downtown, tried to used it but just wouldn't work at all just beeps, so I tried returning it but turns out the return label isn't free, I had to pay $25 because the box size and weight. I ended loosing $.I bought a NOCO instead, nothing like American made.

Excellent features. I have used this jumper multiple times to start my father's cars every several weeks for the street sweep day. I routinely jump two Toyota trucks, a small subcompact Kia and motorhome for him. Hard to believe the small size can start cars but it does. Recently, my GP80 had become defective because the charge indicator lights would never shutoff so it drains itself. Not sure if this was a defect that was later fixed or bad luck. But, I contacted Gooloo customer service using their support email. Lahm, the rep, said he would either refund or replace the unit that I had for almost a year (their warranty is 18 months). I am very pleased with this product so I opted for a replacement and they sent it to me free. Excellent support is hard to come by these days but they back up what they sell. Five stars.

Okay so I didn't buy this here on Amazon I bought mine at Costco but let me say this little thing is badass. Worked on my motorcycle rzr can am jeep and even my Silverado that's a 6.0 v8 Battery was super dead. Used it 4 times before having to charge again.

This is an amazing device. It is small, compact, and easy to use. The device tells you what to do as you use it to start your car that has a dead battery. I have used it twice - works every time--like magic!

I gave three of these as Christmas gifts and the recipients are using them, no complaints and they seem to work great.

Lifesaver, heavy. Watched a few YouTube videos on how to properly use it. Wish the cables were a little longer. Worked fine the first few times but the third was hard to make work. Returned because I found cheaper at Costco. Beats having to wait and ask for a jump buy it!

Best addition to my vehicle. It’s very compact and easy to use. First of all, it only takes up very little room under my back seat. It's just arrived in time, my wife's Defender battery died and this jumpstarter saves us. It starts instantly and we don’t need to get a new battery. This is an excellent tool, recommend spending the money and getting this professional jumpstarter.
