If you don't know how to use the remote control.Please follow the following instructions Solution: You need to disconnect the power of the winch, then press and hold the p2 button on the back of the remote control for 3 seconds. Then connect the power supply and repeat the long press of the p2 button on the back of the remote control for 3 seconds to see if the winch can work normally. The remote control can only be connected to the winch, can not program.

Is the zsuperwinch solenoid required for this winch?

The Winch is COMPLETE and ready to Install, it needs nothing else.

Winch is broken but still under warranty. How do i replace it?
