This product was exactly as described. I have one purchased new and compared the quality. This was as good as new. No scratches, dings or marks. The screen quality is very clear, just like the new one. It was worth every penny. The sellers are great. My product arrived a day earlier than expected. It was wrapped and protected very well. Everything came as describe and better. I highly recommend this shop. They really delivered and provided a great product. I’m very pleased.

It’s comes without charger ( cable).

An excellent device, as long as you understand that it is designed for a business environment, and NOT gaming. Easy to set up - plugged it in, connected it to my pc, and it was optimally configured almost immediately.

Works very well, good quality image and hardware.

I purchased this monitor for one of our employees and she noticed the monitor was ready assembled and the screen had a little scratch. We purchased the same monitor from HP and that had to be assembled and appeared new from factory. Giving this 3 stars as we paid for a new monitor but received an item that was opened/used.
