I wish it had been a little bigger bottle. My current regimen is two capsules a day which means it's only a 15 day supply. I've not had any problems with this brand. They are easy to swollow. The price was very good but I will have to replace them soon. If you on li y take 1 per day the value would be incredible value, compared to other of the same amount per bottle. In summary, if I could not get my regular brand, I would definitely order these again.

This is a good product, and we love Swanson ... we should have bought a larger sized bottle - only gripe, and it's being picky - would be awesome to see Swanson add Taurine to this ... as without Taurine in adequate amounts, it just doesn't matter what type of magnesium you take!

Unfortunately, I am allergic to magnesium stearate, an additive to this product (and not one of the three types of magnesium actually advertised IN this). So, the product made me very sick! Beware of additives that are not listed on the label. Disappointed that seller wouldn't let me return it, but it was fairly cheap, so I'll just dispose of it. I guess I should've gone with a more expensive brand.. generally not as many additives in the higher quality ones. .. live and learn!
