The equipment arrived packaged well with all parts needed. Assembly was easy. The rowing machine works wonderfully and is so well made. You would not expect this type of perfection for the value. Not a bad little unit for $175.
Fairly well designed unit, shocks are well tuned, packed well, easy assembly. I think if you are on the shorter side the arms might be a bit long. One thing, the seat could use better padding.

simple and solid. It won't break on you for a long time.
Don't have a lot of unnecessary or electronic parts so nothing will break down accidently. Good price and easy to assembly. Very good work out for 20 minutes.

It's just ok...
So I have been looking for a rowing machine for a while and I chose this one for how basic it is and good price. I read the reviews on Amazon and other sites and it seemed ok. I have to say that it is true the welds are absolute crap. I will be taking it to a shop to be re-welded. Kinda a bummer but I figured if I returned it I would just get another one with the same crappy welds...

Do NOT buy this
The worst tower ever! You can’t adjust the hydraulic cylinders, only the ‘resistance’ by moving the height of the handles but the cylinders are nearly impossible to move making it a very non fluid motion which completely negates a rowing exercise! I have to throw my entire body weight into pulling the handles and then the frame start lifting off the ground and my feet will not stay in the foot holders, I have small feet also so I can’t imagine any normal size human being able to fit in this.

Description should include a height requirement as I'm 5 '11 I'm too tall for this machine.
Machine was easy to assemble by myself, unfortunately I am too tall to use it and the buyer has to pay for the shipping on a 34lb item! Would not recommend you purchase it due to issues mentioned.

Great for workout
I like exercising indoors so this is great for me. It is foldable and fits under my bed. I really like this recommend this product.
