Great case...great buy!
Bought this to use and protect my new MacBook Air M2 and it's perfect....well padded, good looking, no bigger than it needs to be and comes with a very useful second, small pouch for miscellaneous items. For the money or 2 or 3 times the money, I don't know how you can do better.

it works great
I have a 2020 MacBook air and I will just say get this and be done with it the inside is like a soft blanket so it wont scratch and it fits perfectly with little movement due to the built in bumpers inside. Save yourself the time and get this if your looking for a case for the MacBook air its affordable and feels high quality. Also it comes with a small accessories bag I use for the charger and my usb hub. As for the water resistance I do not know but if your going to get wet make sure its you and not the bag I wouldn't want to find out .

Kick butt, inexpensive MacBook case (and then some)
I love this set! I mainly bought it for the sleeve, which is awesome.It’s nicely padded (though I wouldn’t go dropping my Mac from any great heights), and has a rough and tumble exterior. My dog actually grabbed the sleeve off the dining room table one night and took his best stab at destroying it. Didn’t happen. The case held together with zero visible damage. Even his drool wiped off, with no staining.The case has a nice outer pocket too, that’s great for storing small items (think cables). But I can’t say enough about the pouch that I assumed was an afterthought.It’s not padded at all, so don’t throw it around, but the pouch has room aplenty. I keep an optical drive, Hyperdrive, and loads of cables in it, and it’s not even overly stuffed. As a nice bonus, it fits perfectly in the outer compartment on my briefcase (your mileage may vary).Can’t say enough good things about this one. If you’re looking for a MacBook companion that’s easy on the wallet, you could do a heck of a lot worse.
