Charged very fast and it so easy to charge just plug it in, my last charger you had to have a USB port and if you misplaced it then you had to try other USB to charge. It’s bigger than I thought but it’s very sturdy.

What can I say about this charger, other than it's without a doubt the best fast-charger on the market. And if you can find deals like I did, the price is more than fair for what you're getting....The positives:1. Everything is completely built in to the unit, so no separate wires or cables to keep track of or lose, no switching out different ones....its an all-in-one unit, everything you need.2. It charges VERY fast (18w), as fast as my "super-fast charging" Samsung Quickcharge wall plug, but you get the benefit of it being portable.3. It has the wall prongs built-in also, so you just flip them down, plug it into the wall, and when you're done, flip them back up flush.4. It has both charging parts, for android AND Apple, so even though I'm an android person, if a friend of mine has an I-phone or other Apple product, not only can I charge his product also, but because is 10,500 capacity, I can charge both our products at the same time.5. Its sleep, attractive looking, and the build quality is top notch. You can feel it just holding it in your hand and when you push the buttons and pull the parts in and out.6. It comes with a USB port also! So the couple products I have that occasionally need charging that require USB plugs, this unit is already set up for that too, so once again, no need to switch out or make sure you have all the extra cables that just get tangled and crate a message.The negatives:NOTHING!!!!Trust me, purchase this unit. Its the perfect all-in-one, super fast charging, wall plug-in unit available. I have yet to come across another brand that has thought out the construction of the perfect power bank 👍🏻

I bought an older version of this MyCharge about 10 years ago during an airport emergency. It was $70, UGH! I figured it was a ripoff (airport prices) but what are you going to do? Had to do it. Little did I know that this dynamo would last me a decade. I have a big family and over time we went through a dozen other (cheaper) chargers. They would come and go, all shapes, sizes and brands…yet the MyCharge stood the test of time and eventually became everybody’s go-to favorite. The design is genius. All the built-in cords. The fold-out AC plug. It’s small enough for a jeans pocket but somehow packs in 10050mAh. And it’s FAST! Crazy fast charge. My old one still works by the way, but the cords have frayed after 4 kids abused the hell out of it for years (understandable). The replacement was warranted since I have USB-C on my iPhone but my kids still have old school lightning. My only (very minor) gripe is that I was expecting silver and black like the old one. I loved that look. The model I received was a darker grey and black. Again, not a big deal, this thing checks all the boxes. Well worth the price!

I regret to say that my experience with the mycharge external charger has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, I was pleased with its performance, but that changed when the charger cords abruptly stopped working after a short period of use.Given that the product is supposedly under warranty, I followed the proper procedure and reached out to the customer support email provided by the manufacturer. I meticulously provided all the requested documents, including a photo of the faulty item, its serial number, and the receipt of purchase, expecting a swift resolution to my issue.However, what followed was a series of disappointments and frustrations. Despite my numerous attempts to communicate with their support team, I received no response after the initial acknowledgment of my inquiry. It's as if they vanished into thin air, leaving me in the dark without any assistance or resolution to my problem.The lack of communication and failure to honor their warranty promise is utterly unacceptable. It's clear that this company has no regard for customer satisfaction or support. Not only is the product itself unreliable, but the customer service is nonexistent, making the entire purchasing experience a complete disaster.I strongly advise against investing in this external charger or any products from this company. Save yourself the trouble and opt for a more reputable brand that stands behind its products and provides reliable customer support. This has been an utterly disappointing and frustrating ordeal, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone else. Zero stars, and a warning to all potential buyers: steer clear of this product and its negligent manufacturer.

Everyone in family has one for their phone in case battery gets too low and in case of emergency. I keep one in my car just in case. Although I’ve bought a few and I do recommend getting it, I gave it 4 stars because I wish they weighed a little less. I still always have one in my purse. Good for at least 2 charges if you let phone get very low, otherwise about 3-4 charges. One it has 2 out of 4 dots left, I always charge so it’s fully charged when I need it next. Recommend
