BRILLIANT GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY BUILD STRENGTH IN YOUR WRISTS AND FINGERS
Read some of the reviews. I bought it and tried it now sent away for another one as I think they cheap, but well made, good for building strength in the wrists, fingers and it helps with my Arthritis in my right hand, and my left hand was fractured due to me hitting a break wall silly accident.It helps and no pain what so ever I thought ok I'll send away for another one and work both hands at the same time building up my gripping strength again. Good quality, well-made light weight not heavy, easily to screw inwards to tighten the the grip. I have it at 54 left hand is a lot weaker so want it uyp to the same as of now it is just below 28 I will gradually build it up over time, but they handy to have. I take them when I am going to London on the plane as it gives me something to do strengthen up my wrists and fore-arm.Very easy to a just, fits my hands ok, very good build quality would recommend it to everyone and it is a steal great value for money and where could anyone go wrong with these just what I need to build my grip and given me more strength in my wrists and fore-arms.

It works
To start with he had the grip of a toddler, skip forward a month and he can now open a really tight jar of gherkins.

Good for what it is
Product is well constructed. However, comfort could be improved as it doesn't allow for finger rotation during clench and so will potentially cause rubbing and blisters. Note, this is not a problem with this device from this particular manufacturer, but rather one of design that is applicable to all manufacturers producing the device of this "shape". Aside from that, it works well.

Feel well made and robust and do the Job!
The media could not be loaded. I researched Hand strengthening devices for a while before plumping for these. My hands were feeling a bit weak and thought I would introduce these as part of a wider weight and fitness aid. They are absolutely great. I use them when sitting at my desk just when I feel like it, pick them up and do some exercise for a minute or so now and again. These, whilst probably one of the lower priced items work absolutely great and feel robust and strong like they will last a while. I've got quite large hands but they fit me absolutely fine. They look exactly the same in design to many other devices at differing price points that I saw. I've set the dial to 5kg to start with as that's just fine for the moment, Ill work my way up the scale once I get stronger. Certainly recommend these to anyone!
