This brace provides application of adjustable compression to the area needed. Its comfort and selectable size allow for proper fit and long wear. It is light weight, quick to install, and configure - to suit your knee’s sore tendon. My particular issue is actually the “tres” tendon - as opposed to the advertised (and more popular) tendon in the product description. Placing the brace on your knee using the basic hook-n-loop “tabs” (top/bottom) - the longer compression adjustment strap is oriented on the bottom. Its very simple to then wrap this longer strap with the desired tension you want - and fasten it (hook-n-loop system) in a comfortable location to provide the proper compression to the sore area. I highly recommend this brace because it allows comfort and precise targeting of the sore tendon - at a fair price. When installing the brace, place the initial two hook-n-loop “tabs” to position the brace for best comfort - placing that 3rd, (or long) lower strap (that adjusts the compression) such that it will pull around your leg over the exact area where your sore tendon hurts the worst. Making sure that the brace outer edges maintain some clearance for the knee joint - so no rubbing occurs on your under-leg skin. Use care to wrap the long strap directly around the offened tendon area, with sufficient tension pulled to generate the compression required to keep you pain free, but still allow circulation and comfort. I have worn this brace (with tight compression) all day, including activities ranging from yard work to riding my road bike. It never lost its grip or position while remaining comfortable. The sizing chart for ordering is correct - in agreement with my measured diameter I provide. I do not understand why left/right selection is required. It would seem to fit either leg the same. But there may be info I fail to “get”. 🙃

Lightweight , light duty knee brace. I find it sized a bit small.

I am sorry that I will be returning this one. Got another brand in black that was cheaper but wanted white for summer. It is lighter weight, comfortable but doesn’t stay in place as good as the other. Also the fit isn’t as good and gaps. It would take a learning curve to get it to fit properly. The real reason though is that it slips too much I think maybe because of its lightweight makeup. Would have been great for summer though. The stability for my knee was just the same as the other one. The open area for the knee cap is much smaller than my other one too.

I bought this knee brace for my right leg a month ago and liked it. I ordered another for the left leg and this one is nothing like the first. The first one had padding around the knee cap and two stabilizers on each side. This one had no padding around the knee cap and only stabilizer on each side. The brace did not fit the well at all. Not made as well as the first. Not the same support.

Disappointed! ! Liked the mesh but after 18 holes of golf this brace was irritating the bal of my knee. I have 2 other brands that are much more comfortable. Too bad!

It's exactly what I was looking for and has enough support without being bulky and I can wear under pants.

Bought for my 96year old mother to support her knees, however she found the strapping too tight or not big enough to prove comfortable for her swollen knees. Material was a bit stiff, which made moving awkward. Unfortunately, not successful for her.
