Excellent product I mixed it with an ecezma cream I used and it has wonderful healing results.

I like that this helps my skin, very moisturizing to me because I have dry skin and it keeps my skin hydrated all day...hasn't caused any issues with my skin, in fact I think it improves the look of my skin...love it.

I've used a lot different butters (shea, cocoa, mango, etc...) but this is the first time using cupuacu butter. Our house is cold right now as we haven't yet turned on the heat and the cupuacu butter is nice and hard in the jar. It's easy to scrape off thin layers of it and then apply it to my skin as it melts pretty quickly and is easy to rub in. It has a very light scent somewhat similar to cocoa butter but it's not cocoa butter. It seems to be very hydrating and my skin is feeling very soft where I applied it. I thought about using this as a butter for my hand made soaps but have decided not too since I only have 8 oz. of it and I like it better to use as a direct moisturizer. It doesn't feel greasy yet my skin feels so soft and moisturized. This is a very interesting butter and I like it a lot so far.

This butter has a lot of features I like:- It is solid at room temperature, but melts when it touches skin.- It smells like rum mixed with chocolate.- It's water resistant on skin, but washes off with soap (I use Dr. Bronner's, nothing more harsh).- It feels smooth and relaxing on the skin.This jar showed up very well sealed and packaged.No complaints.

This Cupuacu Butter is definitely a quality product. I love that it is completely natural ingredients and is not tested on animals. I feel like it would be great to use if you were creating your own moisturizer. I have never done this before so I have been using it on its own instead. It definitely works well on its own and is great at moisturizing. It provides a nice protective barrier as well. However, I feel like the smell is just too strong for me this way. I am not usually one that is bothered by smells, but this one has that strong chocolate smell. If you like chocolate more than I do, you may love that. It is very overpowering to me, but I also can't tolerate the smell of Nutella, so take that into consideration when you read my opinion. The butter is solid when you open it up, but when you take a tiny sliver off it instantly melts with the warmth of your hands. It is easy to spread as it melts. It does leave me feeling a little greasy and it looks very shiny when you put it on. For this reason I like to use it at night on my dry problem areas.
