Q: What is the strength of these magnets?

They are small but for my use they are plenty strong. There is no indication on the package as to how strong they are. They stick to each other so well, that I have to slide them off the one they are magnetized to in order to use one.

Q: About how big is the 10mm x 2mm in diameter and how thick is it? I have seen this question answered for the other size only

I would imagine the diameter is 10mm (millimeters) and it is 2mm thick

Q: Will these work on glass magnetic whiteboards that require a heavy duty magnet?

Yes, they are strong enough for the glass magnetic boards. They are small though, a little bigger than a pencil eraser, so they are hard to pull off. Have to use the paper to help pull them off or slide to the side or bottom to get off.
