conditioner spilled all over the packaging and affected some of the items, although not much but it was wasted.

I like it not to much smell yet all my laundry came out soft

Most of it spilled and it's very sticky
Buy it from your local store if possible. It's a nice scent but when it spills and dries it smells awful. I'd still recommend it for those will allergies or sensitive skin. Unrelated, but the delivery experience was not great.
