Ellie Shoes Women's 414 Mary Boots

I have to say that I absolutely love these boots. They are sturdy, look great, and are very sexy. I wore them in a show and got countless compliments from both my cast mates and audience members. Like I said, the are very sturdy. The heel doesn’t wobble, the lace doesn’t seem fragile, and the zipper works flawlessly. They held up to repeat use and hours of intense dancing. The toe box was just a hair snug but not so much that I couldn’t deal with it. But you can forget about wearing socks or adding any kind of insole unless you can go up a size (I couldn’t). Arch support is very good, if maybe a little too firm. I would also classify the width as somewhat narrow, as I have a very slender foot and these fit me like a glove in that regard. If I had to pinpoint my biggest complaint, it would be the lack of an actual tongue. The panel between the lacings is actually attached all the way around. So there is no way to expand or contract the width of the shaft. By the way, the shaft fit very snug against toned calves.

These boots were BEAUTIFUL. they looked exactly like the pictures, color and all. The foot size was the perfect fit, however the thigh portion of the boot was too narrow/small. I don’t blame the boot, though lol I also noticed a couple of pink coloring marks on the boot. I didn’t attempt to wash them out in case it were to damage the boot. I decided to return them because there was nothing I could do about the thigh circumference. I still recommend them to anyone to try. They are very well made and sewn together. I didn’t want to return them, but they also weren’t the right color for my wedding gown. I’m sure they will be perfect for somebody :)

TL;DR: exactly what you’re looking for! Just size up and don’t even consider if you have anything bigger than extra small calf’s. These boots are GORGEOUS! They are EXACTLY as pictured. I somehow got lucky enough to find these repackaged and in pristine condition in Amazon warehouse for under $14 IN MY SIZE??? WHATTT!?!?!? The plan was to wear these with my wedding dress at my wedding. My dress was black lace and these would have looked perfect with it! However, after the initial excitement of the grand unboxing was over after delivery, I was left with nothing but tears (I’m dramatic sometimes) My foot KIND OF fit. I should have read the reviews about ordering up a size or so but I was so excited about the price that I didn’t even think about it. I typically wear a size 9. It was a tight fit but I was 100% ok with it and willing to sacrifice the blood circulation in my toes for a few hours to be able to wear these. Then came the point of no return. I began to zip them up and after the zipper reached barley above the inside of my ankle, I could go no further. Let me tell you. THE PURE HEART-BEAK! Anywayyy. These are perfect! Just size up and don’t bother if you have anything but extra small calf’s.

I bought these boots to wear with my outlaw costume. I always order a size 8 on Amazon and the shoes always fit perfect. These boots did not. They were very tight on my toes and I could not zip them up all the way. The boots are very beautiful just like the picture they just were too small . I'm going to return them and get a size 10 and hope that it fits better. I will do an updated review once they get here Ok I received the new boots today in a larger size. I want from a 8 to a 10 and let me tell you the bigger size is much butter. They would have been perfect if they had half sizes or I would have a a 9.5. The only thing is it was a bit difficult to zip up over my whole calf but I got it up. My toes have a lot of wiggle room which is great and they feel so much comfortable. I will have to tighten up the laces to get a tighter fit, but I'm happy with the bigger size. They are super cute

Adorable shoes! Definitely need to break them in and rough up the bottoms before they feel perfectly comfortable, but after that they’re lovely! There was a very strong smell when I first got them, but it was nothing you couldn’t fix. They’re very sturdy and well made, and made me feel so lovely!

The boots are cute and the sole size is perfect, but even at the loosest the calves are too small and won't zip. I'm a size 18 and I wear it well for a reference. Unless you're SUPER small, don't even bother buying these. Especially when you consider that the seller takes a huge chunk of the money back when they refund you. I paid $65 for mine and due to "Restocking fees" that they fail to mention anywhere on their page except vaguely in the return instructions (Not the return policy on their profile, the instructions you don't get to see until after you've made the purchase), only got back $36. So I essentially paid $29 to find out I need to diet. And now they're going to turn around and sell those same boots for $70, seeing as how they upped the price since I bought them. The boots themselves aren't bad, but avoid this seller at all costs. They're scummy and other reviews warn of them. I won't be surprised if they delete my review and try to falsely report me for slander.

can be for costume or for fun (trade out ribbons for laces for a more casual look too). comfy and cute I love them so much! I usually struggle to find shoes in my size that are tight enough around my calves to look good -- these are kinda there! still a bit roomy but the laces help. of course, there are zippers too. easy to walk in :)

I wear a 9 or 9.5 of most shoes and boots. The 9 actually fit me quite well. I didnt wear sox though fall time in Philly and the boots still were nice. Most of all, I was able to dance in these boots for 3 to 4 hours. And, super comfortable. The boots stayed stable, I didnt trip, fall, nor loose balance. Im contemplating purchasing the brown color (I have the black). Nice purchase for me as I reintroduce my bad knees to heels. Been strengthening my knees and thus have been wearing cowboy boots for my social partner dancing every weekend for past three years. Now, trying to get into reasonable heels. This was a lucky choice. Imma wear them out and about next few months while dancing before I purchase another pair. But, so far so good. The fit was nice for my size 9/9.5 slightly wide feet. The small platform type balls of the foot section of the boot is nice too, not too high at all. The heel is nice. Anyway, all around nice supportive boot. God job yawl with this one.
