Outstanding balsamic vinegar for those looking for a piece of Italy right in their own home!
After being in Italy for sometime, I fell in love with the fruit based balsamic vinegars. After trying VSOP fruit based Vinegars, this is as close as you can get without being in Italy. The Vinegar is tart and full of fruit flavor. It's not thick as some other vinegars, so it pours easily out of the bottle.I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a fruit flavored balsamic vinegar for their salads, bread dipping or on top of baked or grilled fish and chicken.

Very pricey, so I use sparingly, but excellent texture and flavor! Great with Olive oil on fresh grilled salmon salad. Vinegar has many health benefits, too
