Saved over $250 best phone ever!
Amazon renewed had this for $260 under new one for excellent quality. Was practically brand new had stickers on it still and battery is still at full rating. Did come with a European charging in box for some odd reason but this is the North America version so works great with at&t. Easy to hold tldue to slimness. Best movie watching experience on mobile. Amazing camera which gets better if you know how to shoot manual mode. One of the only true smartphones out there as it doesn't take away features and call itself a smart phone like many others do. You still get a 3.5 jack and add card expansion slot. If you want the best smartphone overall for under $1000 this is it if you want to spend more get the 1 IV. To be a true smartphone needs to be able to replace other gadgets such as daps( dedicated audio players) so needs a 3.5 jack. For mass music and video storage need expandable storage which this has.

Longevity for Life.
For a phone that is pushing 5 years old I still absolutely love it. Does compete with brand new phones? Probably not. But if you can get it on a budget absolutely still a great phone. This is the first phone I've kept well beyond 2 years. Pre-ordered it and still have it in 2025.

Great specs, MicroSD card AND 3.5 headphone jack...but...
The specs are great. But I've had two problems in the first six months. The SIM tray is really cheap plastic. There's no aluminum on it like most phones. There's also no "push pin" removal. You have to pry at it with your fingernails. Then, the tab breaks off. So now the phone is not waterproof. Rather than deal with Sony, I tried to purchase a replacement online. The only ones I could find were in China. I took a chance. The part I received was manufactured upside don and would not fit. Frustrating to have to deal with this on a phone that's priced over $1000! Sony says its physical damage and wont cover it on warranty. Also, the phone completely bricked without warning. Just dead. Zero lights or indications of life. Battery was fine. Local repair center said it could not be fixed. Sent it in for Sony service and they returned it four days later completely fixed. Still...that's extremely unsettling. Ive never had that happen on a phone before. After having talked to a lot of knowledgeable people, the takeaway is...if you want anything reliable, it has to be a Samsung or an IPhone. These second-tier manufacturers (old LG, Sony, Motorola, OnePlus...) are just not selling enough units to justify the very high level of engineering and quality control that Samsung and Apple are providing. Even in a $1300 phone.

Mal desbloqueo de huella.
Una vez puesto el protector para el celular, es imposible poder desbloquearlo con la huella.
